Then I hired them to replace a leaking main shutoff valve for my in-ground sprinkler system. Then to replace a busted frost-free hose bib (because I stupidly left the hose on the hose-bib all winter). Over the last two months I had them repair a copper cold water line break above the ceiling of my finished basement, and they replaced my entire 28-year-old sump system with a brand new one. They do great work at reasonable prices.

Whether you are having a plumbing emergency or planning to remodel or build, Matthew and his team…read moreat Leak Free Services should be your first call. I have worked with Matthew on projects and emergencies, big and small, for nearly 10 years. I can always rely on Matthew to assess every situation and to give me a set of alternative plans to resolve problems or to create the best plumbing schema when remodeling. He educates me so I feel comfortable when deciding what to do in each situation. In Kentucky and Cincinnati, we have so many pre-civil war buildings, and so many instances of pre-civil war infrastructure! Matthew has seen all the challenges that this history brings to the art of plumbing. His understanding of local plumbing history - materials and techniques that were used and all the mistakes they made in the past - is invaluable. You might have a new building, but that building might be resting on a plumbing time bomb that out of town developers glossed over or simply did not understand. Matthew has worked on everything with me, from an 1865 building that had been abandoned for 60 years, to remediation of faulty plumbing installed in the 1990's, to a sewer emergency on a house built in 1887, and every leaky faucet and sink in between. His prices are very reasonable. I never worry when I have a plumbing challenge, I just call Matthew
