No one answered & I got an automated message that noted the mailbox is full, so I couldn't leave a message for anyone to call me back. About a half hour or so later, I got a text from a different number, unknown to me, that simply said, "Please text me." Kind of creepy but I reached out & said, "Looking for land survey for a property I just purchased." 6 minutes later I got a response that only included a contact named "Red Bluff Office" with a phone number. I called the number & A woman answered. She was a bit short on the phone & I had to drag out the process she/they would conduct in order to provide me with the property lines I needed in order to install a fence. That was a week ago. No call. No text, no email. there has been no communication what so ever & reaching anyone, is literally impossible. Thankfully, I didn't pay anyone for anything, which was never asked of me, or I would have done so right away. The woman I spoke with said she'd research to see what she could find & would call the following day. That was a week ago. I don't believe this company is legitimate at all. I really should have taken the fact that no one answered my call & I got a weird, unprofessional terse text back, as a HUGE red flag. Wanting to assume the best, I gave the company a chance. They just ... failed, miserably. My search for a reputable, residential land surveyor continues as Realm is in another realm of reality :/

Worst experience of my life. The company has terrible policies that will never get their properties…read morerented out. After hearing their policies and reading the reviews, I am 100% sure they are faking reviews too since no one would find their policies favorable. Their properties sit on the market for an average of several months, so if you hate money, rent your property through APM. Maisey was terrible to work with and genuinely, when working with places to live (you know, pretty big deal) maybe try working with a tad more sensitivity. I would use more choice words, but I don't want to give them an excuse to take my review down. So we will just leave it at this. Avoid at all costs.
