After hearing their policies and reading the reviews, I am 100% sure they are faking reviews too since no one would find their policies favorable. Their properties sit on the market for an average of several months, so if you hate money, rent your property through APM. Maisey was terrible to work with and genuinely, when working with places to live (you know, pretty big deal) maybe try working with a tad more sensitivity. I would use more choice words, but I don't want to give them an excuse to take my review down. So we will just leave it at this. Avoid at all costs.
