This only applies to the service department. I called them on Thursday to see if the "first come…read morefirst served" deal was still on starting at 9am and a friendly female assured me that it was. I showed up at 8am with wifey's Buddy 125 with a flat for repair. Cameron came out and first asked me if I could pick it up Tuesday or Wednesday since they didn't have a tech to mount the new tire. I explained that I already called and she needed the bike that night for our monthly club ride. Cameron then explained he should have it done by 2pm and it would cost $95 (i supplied the new tire). 2 hours later Cameron called and said now the price would be $165 because they had to remove an exhaust part. I said yes because we needed the bike back for our planned ride. Mind you, Moxie Scooters in Grapevine said they could do the exact same job for $60 dollars but it was too far away to get the bike there on such short notice. I called later to speak with management and they agreed to honor the $95 price but no real plausible explanation for the sudden price increase. She said they had techs with circumstances that kept them away from work at times and I guess customers just have to bear with them. Anyway, when we picked up the bike Cameron said the work did not take as long as he thought so HE bumped the price back down to $95.... the whole thing sounded very shady. I bought BOTH our bikes there but just can't trust them anymore. Moxie Scooters in Grapvine has given us awesome service and that is where both our scooters will go from now on. The Saturday claim of "first come first served" is highly questionable... not the first time we had this sort of issue. After wanting to charge me almost 3 times what Moxie would charge me simply to mount a tire, no more. Can't take our bikes for maintenance to a place we simply don't trust. Respone to GM: 1. I doubt your tecs are almost 3 times better trained or have almost 3 times the expertise than John and his crew at Moxie based on Cameron's attempt to bilk me for $165 to mount a Buddy tire when Moxie qouted me $60 for the exact same job. 2. If you are going to promote "first come first served" on Saturday well you better have the tecs there that can do the work. Customers really don't care about the excuses just like you would not care if a vender or customer skipped payment and then just gave you excuses. Those whose bikes are their only form of transport may really be counting on that Saturday to get to work Monday morning. 3. Had it not been for your intervention I have zero doubt Cameron would have stuck my wife with a $165 bill for changing a tire.... we were stuck and at his mercy. 4. At our group ride two different newbies asked where we do service.....I completely filled them in. This debacle was a topic of discussion with a number of riders. Scooters are probably small potatoes for you guys but word does get around. It's nothing personal... you're sweet and all there are always nice. But we've spent thousands in your store on bikes and service.... you better take good care of those folks because when the leave they won't be back and they will relay their bad experiences to all who will listen.

It appears all the guys in there are GS enthusiasts so we're super knowledgeable. I met Steven as I was wondering around, he wanted to know if I needed help or had any questions. Super low pressure. So took this bike for a ride and fell in love with it. I wasn't able to purchase that day so I put alittle money to hold the bike. When I was ready to buy he sent the app and by the time I got there it was all ready to go. We were able to work out a deal and the rest is history. Here is the really cool part! I felt really welcome, he talked about riding and everything in between. These guys are not salesmen they are enthusiasts! I can't stand sales people but every single guy I met in the store is happy saddle up and ride with! Knowledgeable, friendly and real. I never once got any pressure to close a deal just to find the right bike and make sure I was over informed and fully prepared! Steven kinda ruined every motorbike sales guy for me! Finance manager Cole was awesome! His big thing was making sure we left happy, if we could get a deal fantastic but again his love of the bike and brand as well as integrity for his work and company shone through. He was efficient and did his best to work the best deal he could for me. Peter a fellow Brit and Jess in the clothing and accessories department were fantastic offering lots of options for new gear and made sure I got everything I needed and it was the right product. All in all forget your salesy Harley Indian or what ever else, go check these guys out! Cannot recommend highly enough!

I always wanted Yamaha Warrior and found one at Dream Machines, so I decided to reach out to them through eBay Motors. Within an hour, Dusty followed up with me and provided me all the answers to my questions and concerns along with forwarding a video of the beautiful Warrior that they had. I inquired about a good beginner bike and he immediately asked me: "How tall is your wife?" - NO ONE had ever bothered to ask that, but as soon as Dusty did, we knew he was a true professional and we wanted to do business with him and his dealership. We ended up getting TWO bikes that day, by phone and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. The next day, the Lisa from their finance department contacted us and went over the finance & insurance options and she too, made it quick, easy and hassle-free. She sent us the documents overnight and we got our bikes delivered right to our driveway that same weekend. From working with Dusty on a Monday to getting the numbers with Lisa on Wednesday, with the help of their awesome management team, our two bikes were sitting on our driveway early Sunday night. Yes, Sunday night. If you're looking for a fair deal with superior first-class service, look no further than Dream Machines of Texas - be sure to ask for Dusty and Lisa. They're the best of the best. Tell them David & Amy sent you.

No bs, just straight up gave me the out the door price (others might try to get you to go to the shop to talk "numbers") but not this place. Very professional, I put in my deposit to hold the bike and the rest were smooth. What's nice about this place is they even have a 3rd party shipper (for extra fee of course) and get this delivered to my door. Thank you Cadillac and everyone else involved in making this happen.

Esp the light blue and orange/brown one I saw on the road kings (the bigger bikes). My reason for coming in was to grab some tees to take home to some family members that ride and the graphics on them were slim pickings. Whoever chooses the designs should have a bit more versatility to them, the graphics on them weren't my taste but maybe in Texas that's what they like. Also for the men's tee the back design was 80% all the same on the tees, unlike the women's which did have more of a variety. Kids section and accessories was very small as well. Staff was super friendly with that southern hospitality. Also if you checkin on Yelp you can get a free tee with the purchase of two Harley's tees. Grab that deal before it's gone, totally worth it!

One sale was perfect; the bike was delivered on time, and the DMV paperwork was received as expected. The second one is a disaster. Two months later, I still have no DMV paperwork or a title. I've called and stopped there several times, only to hear different "excuses": it's the DMV, it's the holidays, it's the weather. Finally got a straight answer 3 weeks ago, they lost the title. No communications or status as to them getting a replacement title. I've owned several bikes in my time, and this was the WORST dealership ever. I finally had to file a complaint with DMV.
