I purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture in March 2025 for over $4,000, expecting basic quality and honesty. Instead, I got a defective product and a company that refuses to stand behind what it sells. In less than a year, with a total usage of maybe 30 hours, the cushions have severely sunk. My wife and I are almost never at home, so this couch has seen virtually no use. There is absolutely no justification for this kind of failure. To make matters worse, I was sold an "extended warranty" with clear assurances that it would cover everything, including cushion issues. That turned out to be completely false. After two so-called "expert" inspections and more than six phone calls totaling hours of my time, they are now denying coverage and backtracking on what was promised. This is not just poor quality, it is blatant misrepresentation. I have two witnesses who were present when I was told the warranty would cover cushion failure, especially this early on. Now they are pretending otherwise. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Avoid this company at all costs. I will never buy from them again and will continue sharing this experience so others do not fall into the same trap. I was actually surprised at the quality of the furniture at what were, indeed, discount prices. There's lots of selection, and our salesperson, Marisol, accompanied my wife and myself to field any questions as we browsed their showroom. Being a weekend, she graciously offered us coffee or snacks that were available onsite for their clientele, as well. We found the perfect sofa with twin reclining seats and a lighted, fold down center console with phone charging USB ports and even two power outlets, AND at a reasonable price. In fact, with the option of either power or manual reclining buttons, we saved even more by choosing the manual - though the power recliners weren't that much more expensive. The sofa also came with a 5-year warranty covering workmanship defects and incidental damage protection (accidental and/or pet-related stains). When setting up the delivery particulars, we were pleased to learn that Bob's delivery team could also haul away our current sleeper sofa (which is unbelievably heavy and cumbersome) for a nominal fee - good riddance! They were able to schedule delivery in less than a week (purchased on a Sunday; delivered on the following Friday), and the delivery crew was prompt, efficient, and courteous. They set the couch up, tested all functions, and ensured the recliners were an appropriate distance from the back wall when activated. They even texted a day later to follow-up on our satisfaction with their service - and we definitely were. I'm sold on Bob's now and intend to return in the near future to purchase some inexpensive hide-a-bed futons for the loft of our cabin. They have some really great deals!

On a whim, we decided to check out the Cabo patio set tonight around 7:00 p.m. We were instantly greeted with a warm welcome. I have never been to Jerome's Furniture store before, I was impressed with their showroom selection. After about 10-15 minutes of testing out the comfort of the different patio cushions, we instantly fell in love with their Cabo 5-piece sectional and Nesting Cocktail Ottoman Set (it is definitely more pricey than I was hoping for, so we hope the quality will make up for the higher price) You can't go wrong with the comfort of this outdoor patio set. After being in the store for about 15 minutes, we were greeted by another gentleman named, Beto Toribio who kindly gave us the quote with and without the 5-year warranty. For another $229 you have a warranty good for 5 years in case the patio set breaks or the cushions tear! So, we definitely had to get it. Thank you Beto for your kindness, patience, and mindfulness during the whole experience. It is very rare you come across salespeople like Beto who kindly walks you through the whole process. We can't wait to receive our furniture in 2-3 weeks! If you are looking for a superb furniture buying experience check out Jerome's Furniture and ask for BETO TORIBIO! You will be in great hands!

When she and my sister-in-law tried to file a claim for crappy furniture and workmanship they were told that the "plan" doesn't cover slipping of cushions before the furniture was even inspected. This was 15 months after delivery, so February of 2025. We Have been trying to get them to come back out because it's not an issue of a slipped cushion, but rather shoddy workmanship and subpar furniture, not worth the $2500 price tag. We have been dealing directly with the store manager who said he would help escalate and had done nothing until January 2026. He assisted getting us in touch with a liaison for their FCP yet nothing, so we went back on 2/16/26 and spoke with the store manager again who set us up with Alyssa in customer service there at the store. We had to go through the whole story and timeline once again. Meanwhile, the store manager says it would be easiest to just "swap out the piece, but too bad we don't have it any longer". Why in the hell was that not offered at the beginning? They string you along for months and months then deny the claim. Elder abuse at work here, easy prey. They see and elderly woman and tell her that the "insurance plan" covers "everything" and get her on the hook for $290 plus the price of crappy furniture. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JEROME'S!!!

Staff are helpful and welcoming and prices are pretty decent for the quality. I came during the holiday season and the vibes were festive and fun! I walked away with some cute and unique vintage Christmas decorations that my cats won't be able to destroy lol - as well as some soup starters that have all been absolutely delicious so far! They've been so good, in fact, that I scoured the web and found the company online so I can order from them again in the future (it's Anderson House Frontier Soups - they use minimal all natural ingredients and have a wide variety of flavors - fantastic soups!). I also snagged a dip mix and they had locally made honeys, jams, candies, and even fresh gourmet coffee beans and an antique grinder. And if you love to decorate with any rooster or chicken themed items, Shabbyology is your jam! If my kitchen wasn't already packed full of rooster-themed decor, I would've walked away with so much more. They also host occasional themed "sip and shop" nights where they offer entertainment and various drinks and nibbles while you browse. They have a digital newsletter to keep you informed of upcoming events and classes so be sure to sign up! Their location is a tad strange for the genre of store - they're found in a large industrial complex and their shop blends in among all the beige, nondescript buildings. If it wasn't for Google Maps I would've driven right past. But there's plenty of free parking. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely stop by again!
