We had the Jellybus pick up our crew at the Fairmont to go to our city hall wedding, then drove to Radhaus at Fort Mason for food -- to then continue on a scenic drive around the city. Rob recommended Fort Point (GORGEOUS DAY) and then Point Lobos. Our wedding day was going to be fun no matter what, but the 1960s playlist Rob put on for our group at just the right times made it next level. Rob also went above and beyond to get ice for our group before our event so our drinks were cool, and did a spectacular job driving and keeping our group so happy. I booked the bus for a SF tour evening tour. Busin remained in constant contact through the planning phase, which occurred over the course of a couple months. We sorted out routes, stops, music, etc. Being familiar with school bus tours, I knew what I was getting into, however I think the bus features need to be highlighted. We had the JellyBus and approximately 25 people. This allowed for plenty of space for dancing, seat changing, and for a section of folks that just want to sit and enjoy the ride. There are safety rails along the roof above either seating row that allow for easy movement while in motion; these were essential, especially for dancing. There is a huge cooler bolted to the ground in the back, it had plenty of room to entertain everyone. Cup holders line the back of the seats, and there is a trash bin available at the back near the cooler. The bus is really designed with safety in mind and minimizing spill/mess potential throughout the journey. Our driver was Antonio. He was calm, collected, and reassuring; the exact personality you're looking for when nervous about planning a surprise event in a thunderstorm. He is an extremely skilled bus driver, and I hardly noticed we were even moving most of the time. I kept our route to mostly accessible places, but I'm pretty sure Antonio would drive straight into North Beach with a smile. Final thought, the sound system kills it. I brought an obsolete MP3 player with an aux port and it worked great. I need certain guarantees that music will work given my advanced age, and the hardline connection was perfect to thwart bluetooth music pirates. Thank you Busin for the perfect experience. read more
