Their 20-passenger party bus was the perfect size for our group. Sharon made the booking process incredibly easy and was so helpful in answering all of our questions. Their pricing was also much more affordable than other companies we looked at, so booking with them was an easy decision. We were able to schedule pickup from our friend's house, transportation to our event, and a return pickup and drop-off afterward without any issues. Our driver, Leland, provided 10/10 service. He made sure we had the best experience from the moment we got on the bus by setting up the Bluetooth before we left and making sure the cooler was stocked with ice. He even picked us up a little earlier than scheduled since our event ended ahead of time. Most importantly, he got us to and from our destination safely while making the ride fun and enjoyable. We hired them for my clients and made sure everything goes well, we even paid them upfront as they demanded the money. Guess what the driver was 1 hour late, showed up with a regular shuttle bus when we ordered party bus. I have been trying to reach out the owner for a solution but he has been ignoring me. Waited almost a month and have no choice then to leave a review. Whatever the previous review says about this company, that they don't show up on time, they would cancel the service at last minute, shows up in a different vehicle than what you paid for is absolutely correct about this company. I will NEVER use them again. Will leave on the viewers to decide if they want to have a worst nightmare of there life then go ahead and use them.
