Bushwhackers is definitely the spot around the Portland Metro area if you're looking to go line dancing! The bar/restaurant/dance floor includes an online menu with a variety of American style foods that leave you feeling full. There are pool tables as well as indoor and outdoor seating available, but on a busy night most of the seating is taken around the dance floor. They offer dance lessons Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 and the real dancing takes place after then till close. They do require an ID anytime after 7pm each night as there is an open bar available, but anytime before 7 it functions as a regular restaurant with all ages allowed. The one downside is that on busier nights there is not a lot of standing room once it hits peak times and the inside can get a little hot so I would recommend wearing something a little cooler if you're planning on dancing.

Some folks like their sports bars with an old wooden bar counter, a couple of medium size screens,…read morea burgers and fries menu and one salty old bartender pouring shots or pints from a 25-strong tap list. This place is not that; it's massive, dark and loungey, clean and new and modern, and littered with literally dozens of screens of every size imaginable, with a diverse menu and a very solid happy hour (and a deep collection of spirits). It's almost more of a restaurant, despite the fact that they claim to be brewery (their beer list is not that impressive and it's mostly their own stuff). Then again this is the 'burbs, hence the huge space, mini-mall location, ample parking, and excellent service -- we counted 4 servers for the half-full restaurant. This place I almost snagged a full 5 stars. Demerits for a somewhat generic corporate-y feel in the aesthetics, but that doesn't mean we won't be back.

Manager is a douche canoe…read more I used to frequent G-Man Sports Bar all the time when I lived nearby, which is why I was the one who suggested my group come here yesterday for a friends birthday brunch. I'm utterly embarrassed that I recommended it. Whoever the manager working yesterday was must be new-ish, but whoever that is, he was riding a massive high horse and made it abundantly clear he hates animals (especially after reading similar complaints). We were accompanied by a working service dog who was completely quiet & perfectly behaved, as a service dog is trained to do. That didn't stop this manager from strutting over to our table TWICE to harass my friend. First making up nonexistent issues about where the dog was & saying she couldn't be on the table (OBVIOUSLY ). She was in a sling at our friends side till she put her on the ground. He then came back with his phone to show us BS fake Oregon "laws." He genuinely sounded really uneducated towards the person that actually had the proper documentation. I don't know why he even tried to argue that with the document in hand... Mind you, the dog didn't make a single peep or disturb anyone around us. He then proceeded to cross a massive legal boundary by asking my friend's personal medical disability the second time he came over. You do NOT get to interrogate people about their private health conditions. This actually caused her distress with her condition, she left us with her card so we could close her tab. The ONLY saving grace of this meal was the waitstaff & girls who helped us. They were fantastic, attentive & incredibly apologetic for their manager's ridiculous behavior. They deserve 5 stars, but unfortunately management earns this place a solid 1. My suggestion is, Mr. High & Mighty needs serious reeducation on service animal laws before he lands G-Man in legal trouble. Side note: If you hate dogs. I don't trust you.

Recently met coworkers here after work. I am new to the area and looking for my new hangout…read more Happened to go on a Bingo night. I had a blast! Definitely will be back. Wasn't what I expected at all and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Music, bingo and a game of twister all on a Wednesday night, count me in.

Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a bar. The service was disappointing,…read morethe attitude was completely unprofessional, and the way we were treated was unacceptable. What really bothered me was that after I ordered my second drink and didn't leave a tip, the bartender started talking negatively about me. Regardless of whether a customer leaves a tip or not, there is absolutely no excuse for an employee to talk crap about a customer. Tipping is a personal decision, and it should never determine whether someone receives basic respect and decent service. On top of that, we were left waiting an unreasonable amount of time just to order another drink. The service felt inconsistent, and we were charged different prices each time, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. There was no clear consistency with the pricing, and the overall service left a lot to be desired. A bar should be a place where people can relax, enjoy themselves, and spend time with friends without feeling disrespected by the very people who are supposed to be serving them. Instead, we were left feeling unwelcome and frustrated. I understand that working in a bar can be stressful, especially when it's busy, but that doesn't excuse rude behavior, unprofessional comments, or inconsistent service. Customers deserve to be treated with respect regardless of whether they tip on every single drink. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone looking for good service and a welcoming atmosphere. Management seriously needs to address how customers are treated, how long they are left waiting, and why drink prices seem to vary from one order to another. Overall, extremely disappointing service, an unprofessional attitude, and a night that left a bad impression. I won't be in a hurry to return. Visited October, 12 at 11pm.
