    Taco salad
    Krista Lou ..

This is a classic pub set up with local and state decor for teams. So much to keep your eyes busy. The service was great. Friendly, prompt. We ordered a BLT with some add ons and waffle fries, the taco salad, and brisket burnt ends with tots. The tots were amazing, as well as the waffle fries. The taco salad was fine, would recommend extra meat and beans. Besides them it's mainly lettuce. When they mean burnt ends it really is burnt ends. A little more than my liking. The BLT with the add ons was really good. The winner for sure.

Service is absolutely amazing!! The happy hour is the best! I got ribs&rings. We normally get the wings to, but this time we got the mac & cheese and it was to die for creamy, stringy great flavor.

I came to Dub's Tavern with a friend as we always look for someplace new to eat. When I walked inside, I was surprised by the comfortable ambiance. I loved all the license plates on the wall and a comfortable looking bar. There were nice big tables to sit at. We each decided on the Brisket Sandwich which came with grilled onions, and coleslaw on a toasted bun. This was a delicious tasting sandwich. The service was great here as well, even during Happy Hour. Normally I'm concerned when I see a little bigger menu, but honestly the food tasted great. I'll certainly be back here again.

This man LOVES the Brisket Burnt ends! Me - the fish tacos and steak quesadilla is perfecto!

Since 1885 - family run local treasure formerly named "wankers corner". ALL characters and real people welcome. Incredible vibe - and food is amazing. Something for everyone - but of particular interest and highlight for my guy is the Brisket Burnt Ends , arriving hot and sizzling on a griddle! Fabulous fish tacos and chips (halibut and cod), fresh pizzas, burgers and Mac and cheese! Come on!!! Happy hour is awesome and crowded always - clearly proving the service and soul of the place also meets the food and vibe expectations of all!

Happy Hour Veggie Plate ($5.95 as of 11/22/25)

Love this place so much- this veggie plate literally is the most "tavern" place ever it is literally just Bloody Mary veggies + burger sides on a plate = veggie happy hour plate

(20+ years living in Texas and 4+ years in Oregon trying to find some god damn good bbq). My buddy and I were just traveling through and came across this place. The portions are very big, but the quality of the food will have you willingly putting yourself in a post Thanksgiving food coma. Every sauce is made in house, and the flavor is absolutely immaculate. We ordered the wings (Asian Fire and Passionfruit Habanero), Brisket Sandwich, Cheesesteak Samdwich, and garlic Parmesan fries. Every fry was perfectly crisp. Every piece of brisket was falling apart. My god what an absolutely gem of a find in the middle of no where.

They have the best beer selection around and the staff is always incredibly friendly, cool, and helpful , the kind of crew that actually makes you want to come back. The food? Easily some of the best in the area. I've had the cheesesteak, brisket tacos, brisket sandwich, all fantastic, but the real showstoppers are their 30-day dry-aged ribeye and dry-aged New York. Seriously next level. Perfect flavor, perfectly cooked, and honestly some of the best meat you'll find anywhere in town. I've eaten at pretty much every restaurant on the main strip, and 1933 is the only one I keep coming back to. It's a true hidden gem in West Linn and absolutely worth checking out. Great owners, they care so much about quality. Extremely thankful for this restaurant!!!!

Not only was our waiter Gabe polite, friendly, and very personable, he made great conversation and recommendations since it was our first time! On top of that we had two other people approach us throughout our visit (I believe maybe it was the house manager and bar manager?) and they were also so fun and personable as well, they made us all feel so at home and like we were chatting with other friends but still made sure we were happy. They made note to put a special sparkler on my birthday dessert and also threw in a couple other little surprises to make the experience extra special! It was decorated for the holidays and the staff was even dressed festively making the vibe so fun! If you are looking for somewhere to go for a special occasion but still casual this is the place. The pricing was a little spendy at a glance but once you receive your food it is worth every penny, it was so tasty the portions were large and they had such a good variety of options on the menu with a fusion flare. Highly highly recommend, can't not say enough good things about out experience!! Thank you so much Kona Grill staff!!

Service - 4/5 Food - 0/5…read more This review is way past due, as my experience happened back in late July of 2025. But i'm going to do it anyways-- Some of my family members and I had just came in for lunch. We decided to sit inside since it was a lot cooler and pretty empty inside. Basically-- there were less than 5 tables being occupied inside, and all our food took an incredibly long time to come out after ordering. Some of us got some things off the lunch menu which included an appetizer. Some ordered the miso soup and since they did not have lemongrass clam chowder, i opted for the asian salad. When both apps came out, the miso soup color looked very displeasing. First off, it was green which isn't a normal miso paste color at all and just tasted like seaweed water. No flavor whatsoever. I got my asian salad which didn't look fresh at all after waiting more than 10 minutes for it already. On top of that, there was nothing asian about it, except the crumbs of raw instant ramen on top, which I felt was almost lightweight racist? There were so many different ways to make an asian salad for example, mandarin slices with wontons crisps, a sesame dressing etc. but it just felt like a prepackaged bag of salad that was also brown around the edges and they just sprinkled raw instant noodles crumbs on top to make it "asian". I deff felt some type of way about that, but I didn't bring it up at the end of the day because that's too much critique to do when we're just trying to have a meal.

We were seated and promptly served chips and salsa which was yummy. The restaurant is LOUD when it's busy so you'll be yelling to hear each other. The layout is kinda interesting...it's just one large room with a bunch of tables. Then the open kitchen and bar to the side (separated by a wall). We got the carne asada fries to share and these were delicious. 9/10. Huge portion too! For my son, he got the ceviche. It's just shrimp, would be cool if they added more seafood. Dish was $25+. He said it was an 8.5/10. I got the garlic butter shrimp enchiladas, also for $25. Like why is everything so overpriced. For the quality / taste, def not worth $25. The enchiladas were just okay. Our waitress and the staff were nice, no problems there. The house made horchata is deliciousssss.
