At this point, I wish it was a zero. Attempted to resolve with the restaurant, but got a rude, unprofessional and disrespectful person who stated they're themanager. I order two of their tender roll specials and no where on the posting advertisement does it say sauce has to be on them. I told the employee taking the order I didn't want sauce but just throw some in the bag as I wanted gravy and paid for a side of gravy. When I received my order, it was drowned in these sauces. I once again told him I didn't want sauce on them and asked to speak to his manager as he basically ignored what I was saying. He just turned and walked away. I left as I was furious. I called the restaurant the next day to encounter a female who stated she was the manager when I requested to speak to someone and it went downhill from there. She stated although it's not on the advertisement that sauce has to be on the tender roll special and the directive came from corporate. The difference of the special is 69 cents which I told her I would have paid but don't just prepare food I'm spending my money the way they want. The sauce was disgusting after on bite, I threw in the garage. There is a chicken establishment on every corner here and a new chicken express. The young kids working there are unprofessional and look untidy. I haven't visited this location for a while cause prices are extremely expensive and the quality of the food appear to have declined. Visited the drive thru today. There were two cars plus me. NO ONE came and asked if I had been helped, need to place an order or nothing. They helped the two other cars fine. After waiting a while I just drove off to find a place that was interested in my business. read more

Bush's was a good place but like many restaurants it has gotten pricey for poor old chicken lovers like us serving chicken for a steak prices. Over cooked greasy and expensive. Kids running the place keep going. read more

This place was pretty good. On my way in I asked a guy coming out was it any good and with a big smile he said, "It's not good, it's very good". I agree. I love Chicken Wings and Chicken Tenders. These were some of the best Tenders I have had. They appeared to be cut in site. The Mac and Cheese left something to be desired, thus they only get 3 stars. The Country Gravy they apply for dipping was a pleasant change from Ketchup. Sweet Tea, if you like that sort of thing, (and I do) is outstanding. Diabetics beware. This ain't made with Splenda lol. I stopped here today 02/04 to order food for my family for lunch. They were busy but the general manager Marco took our order which was 16pc with fries a large sweet tea and Buffalo fries, we got home and I realized I'm missing the Buffalo fries, so I go back they claim the receipt doesn't show it which the receipt isn't readable (even though they just gave it to me) so without being able to verify I wasn't charged they expected me to pay again if I had not paid I would not have gone back after getting all the way home. I work in retail management if I take an order and mess it up that's on me not the customer, Definitely not customer focused read more

Always so good. I've never had a bad expiernce with the tenders, sometimes when going through the drive through there is a long line but it's always worth the wait. I do feel very bad when it's cold out for the runners, but they are always nice aswell. read more

My husband and i went down there 11/30/2016 around 12:30. I asked for 6 piece spicy chicken bits with macaroni and cheese, my husband asked for the number 12 gizzards. I got sprite he got sweet tea. When we got our order, we got 2 sweet teas, 6 piece spicy chicken bits with gravy and fries and number 12 gizzards with no roll or gravy. This is the worst service i have ever gotten. read more

Had lunch today with two family members around 12ish. Upon entering it appears to be fairly clean and employees are busy at work, not slouching. I ordered the #1 which consisted of 4 chicken tenders, 1 side, roll, and gravy, and ordered a coke. I tend to stay away from their "famous tea" as I'm not a big fan of syrupy sweet, if that's your thing go for it but its not my deal. Service was pleasant, time to get food was reasonable. Once you've paid though your kinda left on your own, I do know it is a semi-service place and not that I wanted a waiter/waitress but it would be nice to see a little walking around by manager to check on food and service. All employees A+ for great, great attitudes and that's one I thing I judge on crucially as that can ruin a business no time flat. As I was walking out I noticed a female employee mopping behind registers and don't get me wrong kudos to doing your job but try to do it in between customers discretely as I smelled a putrid smell from the water or mop or both. Overall I would eat here again but my visits would be far apart as its not top notch. read more
