Ordered 10 wing combo to be delivered for football game. Didn't get my veggies and they said they would refund $1.74. Not the point. I'm sick of not getting what I ordered or paid for. This place is pathetic. read more

If I could, I'd give a ZERO. Referred to me as an H O E when they thought they were muted. They were not cooperating, rude, and left me on hold for 30 mins. Wouldn't give name information when asked. Definitely don't recommend this location. read more

Good food but tables are not clean. Gross. Hopefully someone in ownership will read this.

Went by there after the movie to get lunch With a friend who is a school employee We ordered and my friend gave her the school ID for the posted 10% off The person at the counter said he couldn't give the discount , only his manager He disappeared for 5 minutes and followed someone to the back hallway Meanwhile the lady behind us left in frustration from waiting .. He came back and said his manager Is too busy too come up and authorize the 10% .. we asked him again "What"? And he repeated his manager was not available to come up.. we cancelled the order and left in disgust And won't be back read more

my french fries were so soggy and mushy they should of just gave me a bowl of mash potatoes. Only ate a few cause the texture was so icky.

Consistent disappointment. Perhaps it's just my luck of the draw but every time I come here it's not a good experience. Just so every one knows they now charge over $2 for a cup of water at the location. The mens restroom is very unclean every time I have been here. This time the floor was soaking wet as if some one had urinated on the floor and they crew was just ignoring it. We saw no manager presence for the entire hour we dined in. Just not ever a good experience anytime my family and I stop by. read more

The Most Horrible Experience we have had since we have had since we have been in Corsicana. The wings were Horrible and there were only six people in there besides ourselves . They said our order for 8 wings a piec would be ready in 15 minutes and it took them more like 45 minutes. Then they had charged us for a combo plate each the French fries were so Salty we couldn't even eat them. Heck I wouldn't recommend this place to My Worst Enemy. I give them 1 star because there isn't a place to leave a Minus Stars. Again can I say how horrible it was! read more

The food be dry as hell now fries be soggy I had to put my own seasoning on the wings and fried read more

Phone line isn't working. Arrived in person. Stood at the register in front of two employees for 10 minutes. Was told "She's coming" about two minutes into standing there, which resulted in nothing. Walked out without ordering. In Dallas this place would be shut down for such bad service but it gets overlooked in this tiny town. What a waste of time. 4/30/2019 at 10:00 PM. read more

I do not live in Corsicana but have eaten at Wing Stop at several other locations. This was BY FAR the worst one I've ever visited. Don't get me wrong, the staff was super nice and friendly but the food was TERRIBLE. Wings were very very tough and hardly seasoned at all. Many times when we order wing stop there's always an abundance of seasoning in the bottom of the plate. Not today. There was no sign of seasoning in the chicken or anywhere else. Furthermore, we ordered all flats but received flats and drums. That was a wasted $35 on a meal tyt was not enjoyable. read more

Food is great ! Service is okay I would recommend this place to family and friends ! They have the best ranch !

Don't bother ordering ahead. They never have it ready. Ordered ahead 3 times, had to wait each time. And when I say wait, that's 20 minutes or more because they said they lost the order, someone forgot to make, or they were short on help. read more

Messed up my order shorting me half my order. I filled out the online feedback and was eventually contacted by the regional manager out of Tyler. He apologized and made excuses. Said he would send me gift cards to cover the cost to make up for it. Never received anything. A few weeks late I decided I'd give them another chance anyway. Asked for light seasoning on the fries because it was way too salty the other time. Instead someone thought it would be funny to add at least double the amount of seasoning they had before. Was again missing part of my order but caught it before I left the store since I checked after the previous experience. read more

I've eaten at this place a lot and I love there food my kids love the food and the environment as well

If you come to this location and order a beer do not expect to get the cup that comes with your meal that you have technically paid for. At this location you are forced to choose between a beer and your drink, food quality not that great fries were soggy, and customer service was the absolute waste. I would rather drive 35 minutes to the next closest wing joint than return here. To flies every where and the inside is just as hot as outside this is disgusting read more

Wingstop - The only drink I'm allowed to have and the soggy fries - Chicken Wings Near Me - Corsicana, Texas

See all

A sad wing stop experience. Extremely slow service and food the quality of Sonic at a much higher price. Won't return.

I ordered a 10 pc it was burnt and overcooked. I called back and the phone didn't work then I called back and got put on hold. The Hispanic manager tried spelling her name but I couldn't get it, told me that she had to see the chicken or see a picture of it. I never knew you should take a picture of my food to prove that it wasn't edible. I told her to just take care of her customers and don't worry about it she was arguing with me. I just know where to spend my money from now on. read more

This is the worst wingstop ive ever been to. We love the food but the staff is horribly rude, the managment included. We actually stood at the register for five mintes with a manager and an employee in front of us. They never smiled or acknowledged in any way whatsoever. We turned around and went to walk out and the actually sneared at us. I have never see a resturant staffed worse. This was on 11/18/18 exectutive managment seriously needs to reevaluate this location. read more

Food took forever to get and the men restroom stunk like sewer really bad the worst place in town

Staff are rude. Drink machine put out only carbonated water, and it takes a crazy amount of time to get food that is not very good.

Don't waste your time placing a to go order, they will forget something every time!! My boneless wings have so much bbq on them it's ridiculous, they are either drowned or naked‍ poor customer service! read more

Horrible place! Never coming back to this place. This is the 3rd time i came and they have 5 people in the back and they still got my order wrong. First time was thru mobile, 2nd time was thru walk in. I told myself maybe the third time wouldnt be so bad but they got my order wrong even when i ordered it thru mobile again. Got my order wrong. Drove back up there to get the rest of what I paid for and was asked if that meant I was going to "give a bad review on the questionnaire" .. didn't get an apology. Didn't even get offered more celery sticks. She then asked for my receipt so that I wasn't able to give a review even if I wanted to (I didn't) Overall bad experience every time I go. Some girl named Marisol has a bad attitude and is 100% rude EVERY time I go here. read more

I know every wingstop is the same but it's just something about this one that better than the rest. I come from dallas and get wingstop down here. The service is very friendly. read more

My order was all kinds of wrong. Turned my fries to coleslaw didn't bring either one of my sides, when I went up to the counter to complain and told me I didn't order two additional slides I just ordered one large. Then she comes back sets potato salad in the middle of our table with attitude and said I'll let u have it. Also my ordered seasoned fries which were not seasoned. It was the worst time I've ever had at Wingstop and I will not go back to the one in Corsicana read more

I'm beyond DONE trying with this WING STOP location. The staff that opens on Sundays is the worst !!! They obviously have NEVER been trained on greeting customers, taking orders, or anything that relates to customer service. Their rude, bitchy, mean looks, and attitude is way too much to deal with. We let the first time slide thinking maybe it was just a rough day, but NO...it has been like that everytime. CORPORATE needs to go in and start that location ALL the way over because management doesn't seem to give a damn that they have such a horrible score and continues to let extremely rude, lazy, unfriendly people work for them. After my experience on 11-18-18 I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone ever again. Open your eyes CORPORATE make a change for the better. Starting with your Sunday morning crew. read more

If you are in Corsicana, you dont' have much choice if you want some wings. While not the best I have ever had, wing stop does help quinch your desire for some wings. They have numerous flavors to select from in addition to combo meal choices. Their prices are reasonable and the service good. read more

Absolutely horrible!!! Go have hamburgers or pizza instead! The food was nasty tasting the fries were way too much salt and wilty the barb queen chicken wings were too spicy to eat and the teriyaki tasted like vinegar! Never ever going back here again! For the price I could have eaten a steak dinner really nice! read more

Ordered my food at 6:21 PM with only 1 person waiting for their food and a couple behind me in line were the only people in the place. As we wait for our food we see handful of groups come in, order their food and get it 5 minutes later and leave. At 7:20 PM the couple behind me gets their food and finally after an hour of wait I get mine at 7:23 PM. On top of the hour wait the food was room temperature at best. Hands down the worst Wingstop I have ever been to. read more

This is the worst wing stop I've ever been too I called in a order to pick up when I got there my wings and fries were cold. Not to mention they were horrible real soft and mushy they seemed to be under cooked the next day I was horribly sick to my stomach was running a fever and throwing up do to there food which was the only thing I had to eat so if you think of spending your hard earned money here hope you don't get sick like I did from there food. Would never recommend this location EVER!!!! read more
