OK if I don't like a place I'm not usually one to leave a bad review. For this Pizza Hut, I have to because I have never in my life tasted pizza from a Pizza Hut this disgusting! The pizza and cheesy bread were both completely undercooked,. It was as if I opened a can of Pillsberry biscuits and started eating them right out of the container. I had a bite of the cheese stick and I honestly feel like Vomiting. Seriously NO JOKE It taste like straight cardboard. There is absolutely no flavor in the sauce, no flavor in the toppings, no flavor in any of it! I mean it !! I seriously have to say .....the cardboard box from Pizza Hut would taste better. Absolutely disgusting!! I have never tasted pizza this bad even from a convenience store! How does this place stay in business? The gentleman behind the cash register was very kind. Everyone else didn't give a crap. This place needs to step up! Pizza Hut is known for good pizza. I go there to eat good pizza, not cardboard. I'm completely appalled. We ordered on May 4th, and one of the Pizzas was wrong. I called, they were friendly, offered store credit. I go in today to use that credit, and discover that the so-called credit was used on the already-paid for order. With no reduction in cost. So they offer us a free order, exactly the same as the last one, but right this time! They got it wrong, and then called me a liar. Twice. The order that I picked up from this location gave me and my family terrible food poisoning. I called the store not to get a refund or anything, but to let them know that it happened. The manager was extraordinarily rude and wouldn't even apologize. He just guaranteed that they do everything exactly how they should. Of all the pizza places to go to in Corsicana I'd rather go to Pizza Hut there the food is excellent awesome service the one person that stands out here is a Cash or hostess name is Flo she is very professional and very efficient in what she does she's very nice to all her customers. So I'll start by saying I am visiting the area and so this is not my regular Pizza Hut, which is great, this one seems like it needs training. So I ordered 2 large pizzas around 7-8pm today (Sunday), order took 15 minutes for pick up, they came out quickly and were friendly, the pizzas had a fair amount of toppings and seasonings on the crust..........BUT.......I ordered both with extra sauce and neither did......also, it was SOOOOOO doughy, and I don't mean there was just a lot of dough, but it was definitely undercooked! To the point where I started to not feel well after eating 2 slices, and I can normally eat an entire pizza myself no problem.......honestly, if they could just get some training on how to cook the pizzas this place would be excellent, but as it is, I can't really give more then 2 stars for a pizza, even if everything else was great, that is undercooked and doughy to the point of being nearly inedible also, please pay attention when the order says "extra" sauce, there should be extra....... read more

I was in Pizza Hut, I was the only one there and I'm asking for a thin pizza and this man was replying very rudely and told me that they didn't have that but I said okay then what do y'all have? He said they had thick pizza and I said that's fine I'll take that. Afterwards I reluctantly gave up my number he tried kicking me out, closing the register and saying to get the hell out, and began threatening to call the cops for no exact reason. I told him to call the cops because there was no reason for the cops to come except for him being rude. He was trying to say I was trespassing the public place. He would not give me his name or corporates number. All of this just because I wanted a pizza. More than likely this was all caused because of the color on my skin. read more

i ordered a pizza at 7pm for delivery, and it got remade 3 times because nobody could deliver my food. an hour passed and I called just to find out they had forgotten about my order and had no delivery drivers to bring it to me but they use door dash. so it got remade, by now it is 11pm, some guy calls me and told me nobody could deliver my food and he would refund it. cool. but then he called me again at 11:30 and said a driver had apparently just picked up my food and was delivering it. at this point, I didn't even want my food. it has been 3 hours already, everyone already ate. I told him no I didn't want it, and was still gunna charge me for my food that took 4 hours to get delivered. didnt even offer me anything to fix the situation. Never gunna go thru them again, if you say y'all driver but don't have anybody, then dont waist my time. I didn't even get my full refund back, I got a big dinner box and rounded it off to $40 for A tip to the driver. They took my tip and only refunded me $32. Yesterday was the 5th time in a row that our pizza order was either incorrect or tasted bad. You would think that we would have learned after the 2nd time or something. But nooo. There is no Papa Johns in Corsicana, though; there is only Pizza Hut, Little Caesars (to go), and Cici's. There is also the Italian restaurant Napoli's - and they have delicious pizza that you will eat too much of. Super food coma deluxe. Anywho, we ordered one of those 10$ "any pizza, any crust" ordeals. They fail to mention in the commercial that it's any crust EXCEPT stuffed. That's a dollar more. No big deal. The big deal was that we ordered half hamburger, pepperoni, and bacon and half black olives and cheese only. We got: pepperoni and black olives all of the whole thing. Nothing else. Wtf, man. I don't eat pepperoni. :( This is just one of many times that this particular Pizza Hut has screwed up. Just go to Napoli's. read more

Stopped to dine in and stretch our legs. Great pizza but this review is more for the helpful, pleasant lady named Florencia that waited on us. Other employees were sitting in dining area visiting while we were there. Florencia never slowed down. Cleaning floors, working register, delivering takeout to drive ups, checking on customers. Yeahhhh, this isn't the best Pizza Hut location. Our most recent delivery order took almost an hour and the pizza was mediocre and slightly cold. If you do order from here, pick it up yourself (you won't have to drive far since it's Corsicana). Or, get some from CiCi's. read more

They don't get in any hurry to take your order or greet you. Our pizza was cold and our cinnamon sticks were hot, so I guess the pizza was done first and it sat around while they made the cinnamon sticks. On our previous visit the pizza was perfect, but the service was lacking that time as well. read more

Food was good. The young guy running the counter was tRying really hard. It was New Year's Eve so it was extremely busy, I get that. The only problem was the girl in the back cussing like a sailor and freaking out. Guy working the counter went back and told her to quit and she said she doesn't give a f***. I could not have been more impressed with this Pizza Hut. The staff went above and beyond. Especially Flo! She is a huge asset to this business. While we got our drinks she places napkins at each spot with a fork and knife laid on top. She attentively asked if we needed drink refills when our cups where low and she continuously cleaned. Which had a lasting impression on me. She is amazing! This will be our new lunch go to when we make this trip several times a year! read more
