Horrible service and the manager is rude to customers. One of the worst experiences I have ever had

This used to be the girl to Little Caesars location in about a three County area. After the rude and unprofessional behavior, I just had to endure at the Corsicana store I definitely will not be returning into that one! Ordered the newly released pretzel pizzas not only were they late, but they were also burnt. If they would've pulled them out of the oven in time, they might've been closer to being on time being delivered into the portal. read more

Went to put in an order and the young man at the counter was very quiet and seemed confuse. I asked him why the cost was two dollars more here than online. He had no idea so he asked the manager that was standing there and she said with an attitude "those prices are for ordering online always. I said oh thank you for that information. She was yelling at the employees that there were not doing something right. She is stand just a few feet from them! No Need to shame them In front of customers. Now I know why the employee at the front was quiet! The manager handed people their orders and didn't even say thank you to them. She needs to Change her attitude or stick her in the back! read more

I waited in the drive thru for possibly more than 30 minutes. I probably waited I think 50 minutes, people were leaving due to how slow it was, but I had already paid so I had no choice but to stay. Pizza wasn't even cut properly, and we paid almost 8 dollars for 7 buffalo wings, overpriced as hell since it's the same cost as a large pizza. Feels like everytime we come back to give this place another chance it fails. Don't waste your money! read more

Service was fast and food was delivered on time. Food was still warm and food was delicious. My family always enjoy a good meal when we order food from Little Caesars! read more

Very very displeased with service and food; went through drive thru to order a pizza with breadsticks, sauce and a 2 liter. Woman came to the window and just looked at us, no how can I help you, just a blank look.. I ordered a Hot N Ready, breadsticks with sauce and a 2 liter.. Takes my card, charged me $7 and some change I said I don't think that's right, I need a Hot N Ready plus the breadsticks with sauce and the drink.. Oh so you want a pizza?? Yes a HOT N READY.. Her response we don't have any it'll be 15 mins and we have no breadsticks one 1 order of stuffed breadsticks.. Ok that's fine, we will come back when it's ready.. 15 mins later came back and got our food, the pizza is cold so most definitely not fresh, and half of the pizza was crust, the stuffed breadsticks were cold and had two in the package.. read more

I just moved to Corsicana and I was a little leery about ordering from this store because of the reviews. The 1st order was hot and delicious. The 2nd order was not hot so I took off a star. I placed my orders online so I can't review the staff. Both delivery guys were very nice and professional. read more

It was a great experience! I'm really picky and 10/10 will eat there again because of the great customer service and good food. I was pleasantly surprised. read more

Not bad for what it is - 5$ pizzas (cheese or pepperoni). For 8$, you can get a "3 meat treat" or something to that effect. I don't eat meaty pizzas, but I know someone that's a fan of the 3-meat pizza. It's supposed to be one of the "hot and ready" pizzas, but this is a small town, so they're never ready. The cheese and pepperoni pizzas usually are, though. Sometimes the hot and ready pizzas are good and sometimes they have been sitting there for a while, so they're not so good. If you're in a hurry, though, and want something nice and fattening, head over to Little Caesars. They also have crazy bread and marinara sauce that isn't too bad. Not as good as when Little Caesars wasn't a "to go" restaurant, though. Those were the days... You can order other pizzas here, but you'll have to call ahead or wait for them, of course. Good luck! read more

lol...I can't believe I am reviewing Little Caesars...here is the review "cheap pizza...you get what you pay for!" No really, I wanted pizza on Christmas eve and it was the only pizza place open. They were slammed but the guy behind the counter was friendly, but confused on all the orders. It took awhile, but the pizza wasn't bad for what you pay. If I was reviewing pizza in Dallas, it would be 2 stars, but for Corsicana its not bad. read more

Just got a meat pizza. Ordered it with extra cheese. Its considered a specialty pizza because of extra cheese so had to wait while they made it. That's fine its understandable but then to actually have no xtra cheese on it pretty disappointing. Good prices except for the extra cheese price seeing how there was not any xtra cheese. I'd rather pay a little extra and get what I want then go back there. read more

Stood in the line for 15 mins. Stood at the window (once got to it) for another 15 mins. All that before I can even talk to a person. When he came to a window, no apologies, except all attitude. They might be selling cheap pizzas but not without "extremely cheap" customer service. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Sorriest damn service on the planet! I'm sitting in the drive thru been watching the employee talking to someone for 15 mins she's looked at 3 times and just keeps talking, of course I'm stupid enough to wait just for the purpose, so after a total of 18 mins I sit in the drive thru waiting to be served, then they tell me it's going to be a 7 min wait while they prepare my pizza only to hand me a COLD stale pizza after waiting some 24 mins!! Un freaking acceptable! Not sure about this town but almost every food place here has the sorriest service I've ever seen!! Steer clear of this business until they can treat customers right! And if possible steer clear of the whole town!! read more

I love Little Caesar's. The one in Ennis is no exception. They are fast, accurate, and will hold a pizza for me. I highly recommend them.

Today I got my 2nd really bad pizza . The 1st one was almost burnt and today it was so dry like it was left over from Sunday. I have gotten many from there that were so good. I get these on my lunch hour and I do not have the time to return them. There needs to be some improvement. He i\did not give me a receipt or I would go back after work read more

This particular Little Caesars restaurant is terrible. Not once, but twice, we've gotten sick after eating here. The first time was believed to be a fluke, but the second time, the pizza was all that we'd eaten that day. We bought 4 pizzas, 2 sausage, 1 pepperoni, and 1 supreme. Later that night, my wife and I both had stomach trouble and vomited. Upon placing a call to the manager to inform him, he immediately became defensive stating, "We sell thousands of pizzas and your the only one that has complained." Needless to say, we will not be gracing this Little Caesars, nor any other, anytime in the future. I would not recommend this company to anyone that I know, not after speaking with the manager and being treated like an ignorant subject that has no other option available. read more
