The staff was friendly, my food came out delicious, fresh, and fast. The dining area was clean. Very pleased.

I was on my way to visit family in Texas who are vegetarian so naturally I had to stop and get one last carnivore meal in. Which is funny because I really do enjoy vegetarian meals. But I saw a long line to go into this place so decided why not, it's got to be good. And the meal was, okay. Portion size was good, price was good, but the seasoning in the breading for the chicken could have been better. Chicken was cooked decently. Pretty gross food. Drive through was a bit strange. Employee was nice. We had to ask for basic things that would normally be provided in any other fast food restaurant: like utensils, napkins, and sauces. However, as stated, the employee was very nice about it. All the food was meh to not great: The chicken was plain. The mac and cheese tasted like the cook had run out of milk and butter and decided to just use water (with a serious lack of cheesy flavor). The gravy tasted equally watered down. The rolls were strangely greasy Hawaiian rolls. Overall do not recommend. Especially to travelers (like us) looking for a quick break and bite! read more

The Bushs Chicken in Andrew Texas has the most un-professional staff of any Bushs we have ever had lunch. Yelling across the restaraunt. One young man with red hair wearing a bushs shirt was sitting in the restaraunt area with other customers yelling and talking about the other staff working or who no longer works there. His lady friend was going behind the counter. She was in streey clothes, yellin and laughing out loud. Two of the staff members were talking about one of the other staff member and hugging each other in the food prep area. Others were not washing hands before handling food.
