Low quality Mexican food buffet, will make a turd but not sure on consistency as of yet

Everything on the buffet is out of a can! Been there twice, decided to give them another chance. Same outcome... Not worth it!

Good value buffet for the money. Traditional decor a nice place to take lunch or dinner.

This place has amazing food, but they are NEVER open!! We've driven through during the "open" times posted online, but to our disappointment, they've been closed. When are y'all actually open????????? read more

The decor was great and the service a well. The reason I gave the stars was the food. Don't go in close to closing. The food has definitely been there a while. Dried out and unappetizing. The tortillas however brought to the table were great. If I lived in the area, I would most likely try it again. read more

A couple of friends and I went here for dinner one night at the place was booming! When you walk in, you see booths on either side of the room along with another opening to more seating on the right hand side. The only awkward thing about the setup is that the host is across the room, so we stumbled around for a few minutes until she beckoned at us (from afar) to join her at a table near the entrance to the kitchen. That was a little funky. The service was okay and I had no complaints there. I had a burrito with a side of guacamole. After a suggestion from a friend on Facebook on trying guacamole at every Mexican location for your answer to the quality of the food, I couldn't help myself. The guacamole was delicious. However, once the guacamole came out, our table had already devoured the chips. At the request of more chips, we received... none. Hmmm. Other than those couple of things, I thought the food quality was great and the portions were huuuuuuuge. I'd recommend it. read more

I enjoyed the cakes. Unfortunately their desserts were the only redeeming feature. My favorite was the cream one with nuts/crumbs on the bottom. They also have tres leches and the sopapillas were pretty good. The food was just... Not good. Everything tasted like it was boiled, flavorless. We put the ground beef on a plate of nachos and by the time we walked back to the table the chips were soggy. I'm filled with so much regret and bad Mexican food. read more

A rather limited buffet. Enchiladas disappointed as they contained only re-fried beans. Chili relleno was huge but the pepper was canned and unappetizing. Menudo was very good, better than most. A little pricey at $12.95. read more

Came across this place while passing through town. Man am I glad we chose this place. Not many people when we walked in but the last lace quickly filled w locals for lunch rush. You walk I. And they offered us menus or buffet & encouraged us to look over the buffet and to let them know which we wanted. We went w buffet. Chips were delicious & fresh from warmer. Salsa was ok. Green salsa will light you up. Tortillas available at no charge if requested. Left full and pleasantly surprised/happy. Place had a warm family atmosphere. Definitely recommend. read more

Wow. It was recommended by locals and a guy we met camping. Excellent noon buffet. The owners are there every day, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It's been in business 45 years. Doesn't get much better than that. Best mexican buffet ever. read more

Been here a couple a couple of times. Usually for lunch. It's a colourful place. The staff is very nice. They place is well kept. They do great for lunch and dinner. Never been here on the weekend. Food is good. There is a lot to choose from. Come with an appetite. There is a dessert area. Not bad. But worth just coming for the food. Well today as many other days of driving by it on the way to work. It was open. Most of the time is closed in the mornings. They sometimes open. And the whole parking lot is filled. Today was one of those days. It's for the oil field guys. I decided to stop and investigate. Sure enough I was correct. But the staff didn't turn me around. They allowed me to stay and enjoy. I told them they need to open more often in the mornings. Like lunch and dinner it was a spread . I feel guilty since I didn't have to pay for it. But left a great tip . I might stop by again next time I see they are open in the morning. I know its not meant for me. But I would pay. If you ever drive by between 5am and 7am and is open. Walk in. They might let you stay. Or maybe you might have to join the oil field. read more

Not good! This used to be a good place to eat but has gone down hill! When you arrive the enchiladas will be dried out on the edges and soggy in the middle. All the food is pretty blah with not much to expect on the seasoning side. read more

This place is okay. The decor is so fun and they are real clean inside, but the buffet isn't very appetizing, and very boring. Especially the dessert counter. The best thing they have is cookies. If you want to go to try it I would, but there isn't anything there that makes me want to go back again. read more

The Buffet was very limited the food was good my biggest problem with this place is the temp was about 85 and I asked about turning on the AC and the staff said its on it just sucks! So I was sweating my whole dinner! read more

We came here because we were driving through and there weren't a lot of restaurants in the area. We are very please with the food and the staff. It was average food but good for the price. It would've been really nice if they had guacamole with the chips. I would say definitely come here if you're driving through and you're hungry read more
