this Pizza Hut sucks ass. made an order and I had to call the store for them to say "it was out for delivery" it never came, had to call again and they told me I had to go up there to get it. this pizza hut is the dairy queen of Seminole Tx such bs. if you can't make the delivery then MAKE IT KNOWN! customers would rather know the truth then wait 2 hours just for you to say in the end ur too busy and can't deliver! We had a little misunderstanding thanks to an employee saying that our order would be out for delivery at 12:30, which came and went with no delivery. When we called 30 minutes later to ask what was going on, another employee helped clarify that they didn't have drivers until later in the day. So they went out of their way to deliver it freshly to us. Thank you, Cheryl, for doing this for us in outstanding service & our pizza was delicious!!! read more

This can be hit or miss depending on the day. If you order online the actual pick up time is longer. Sometimes the pizza is just right but others it is burnt. I've ordered online and when I go to pick up, the pizza was only cheese, the explanation was that is how the order came through. Ranch and wings go hand in hand but they want to charge you and don't even include 1. I've had the wrong flavor on wings a few times. There's usually plenty of staff but for some reason things are really slow there. I always see an advertisement for managers, maybe that's the problem. read more

Pizza is amazing. The wait time is decent. I wish they delivered farther out but I don't mind carry out.

I gave this place 1 star because there isn't a lower position on the review panel. I couldn't even tell you how the food tastes, I didn't get that far. They couldn't "ring" my order up without getting my phone number first. When are our local businesses going to realize that our personal information is none of their business. I am a paying customer. That is all these people need to know. My name, address, phone number, shoe size, and all of that other crap is none of their affair. I have a large family, and Pizza Hut lost out on a large sale ( I just dropped $60 at Domino's ). Wake up people! read more

Hey Pizza Hut in Andrews, I just called in an order and while being on hold they ran their advertisement about order any two medium Pizzas for just 12.99. So when they answered I ordered my two pizzas, When she got through she told me it was going to be 29.75. When I told her about the advertisement she said "Oh did you want the special" Duh!!! I said yes and she told me that " the way we are trained is if you don't ask for it you don't get it". Just another way to screw the people in the Permian Basin. read more

This Pizza Hut has really improved since they got rid of the previous managers.

This local Pizza Hut from visiting Andrews on vacation, used to be AWFUL, with terrible, slow service and burned or undercooked pizzas, is now AWESOME, and has been ever since Dominos opened in 2013 and created some competition for them. The only cons of the place are that the dining area is sometimes closed off due to staff not showing up and bathrooms not clean at all. read more

I placed my order on-line at 6:51 p.m . and was told it would be ready in eleven minutes,not sure how long it takes a pizza to cook,but anyway i thought to myself,cool.I arrived at the Restaurant at 7:10 p.m.,asked them to please check on my order.I wanted to be sure my order was received.I was told it would be another 20 minutes,for the order to be ready.I waited inside,the order took so long,when i finally received it was 7:30 p.m. The food was cold,very poor customer service.I got home looked the receipt over,it stated that the order was picked up at 7:06 p.m.wrong i picked it up at 7:30. I do not understand how,they expect to stay in business,when they do not put the customer first.We are the reason they receive a pay-check,on payday. read more
