Installing a fence can be a lengthy process between coordinating with neighbors, adjusting quotes, and scheduling, but Fantastic Fence made everything feel seamless. A special thank you to Dominic, who came out to provide our quote. Not only did Fantastic Fence offer the most competitive quote we received, but Dominic was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to explain our options, answer our questions, and provide valuable information that would have benefited us regardless of which company we chose. His honesty, professionalism, and expertise immediately set Fantastic Fence apart from the competition. The office staff was also wonderful to work with. Whenever we called or had questions, they were responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Having a team that is so attentive throughout the process made everything run smoothly and stress-free. The installation crew, Moises and Eloy, were fantastic. They arrived promptly each day, worked incredibly hard in 90+ degree weather, and completed our fence installation in less than two days. Throughout the project, Moises handled communication with us and was always professional, courteous, and kind. We also had a miscommunication on our end regarding the type of gate we wanted. When we brought it to their attention, Fantastic Fence immediately addressed the issue and made it right at no additional charge. That level of customer service is rare and was greatly appreciated. It showed us that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and stand behind their work. Their efficiency, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. It's clear that Moises and Eloy take pride in their work, and it shows in the finished product. If we ever need another fence installed in the future, we would gladly request them again. Fantastic Fence truly lives up to its name. Professional, responsive, honest, and committed to quality from beginning to end. We couldn't be happier with our new fence and will absolutely be recommending them to anyone looking for fencing services in the future. Highly recommend!

I get a lot of compliments on them and I absolutely love my two gates and fence with the board on board look for complete privacy. As time went on I noticed some boards became loose or rotted so it was time for some repairs and replacements. On Friday, July 10, 2026, Isac & German dropped by to do the work. They were professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. A week later (Friday, July 17, 2026) I noticed the side gate was not easy to open and close, so I called Classic Fence. It turned out the repair crew was nearby and would arrive within an hour. Sure enough Julio arrived, made some adjustments and replaced a part of the gate. Thank you!!! I highly recommend Classic Fence for their products and services. They offer excellent customer service too.

Right after he was done, however, the sprinkler system stopped working!  The timer said that the sprinklers were being turned on but there was no water coming. The person who had done that work didn't know what to do and suggested that I replace the sprinkler timer for a more expensive model.  His suggestion didn't convince me, so I looked at Nextdoor.com and Yelp, and I found Phil. It only took him 10-15 minutes to find the problem: the previous guy had left a wire disconnected.  Phil's quick diagnosis for my sprinkler system troubles saved me a lot of hassles. Phil also changed a broken post on my fence; a post that had been ignored by the previous guy. Phil told me he had a lot of years of fence and gardening experience in the Bay Area. He is not only knowledgeable but also a very nice person. He charges reasonable prices. It's a blessing to have him as a neighbor.

I offered a bit extra if he could come the same day since I was hoping to get everything done before Thanksgiving, and he made it happen. Igor and his team were extremely professional from start to finish. He is incredibly meticulous and even suggested installing wood planks behind the lights to keep the light patterns consistent. I had spoken with five or six other installers before, and none of them mentioned this. By the way, not only did he install the wood planks but painted them to match the exterior. Igor was also very mindful about hiding all cables to keep the exterior looking clean, which I really appreciated. We feel very fortunate to have found Igor, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that he does much more than just lighting installations. We will definitely be reaching out again when we are ready to install wood flooring in my office. Thanks again, Igor!
