I booked the Johnson/Washington stop for my return trip home. The clueless driver didn't even stop there even though that is where my ticket was booked to. She drove straight through from Johnson Creek to Lake St. Her incompetence cost me an hour and 25 minutes. My commute home from Johnson would have been 25 minutes, but it took me an hour and 25 minutes to get home from downtown. When I noticed the time, it was past when I should have been dropped. We were already traveling down E Wash and I was in the last seat by the bathroom, so there was nothing I could do at that point. Commuters beware if you use this stop! I sent an email to Badger Bus regarding this and how/why it happened with no response.

We saw them do a rolling stop and by the time we got to the other side of this small gas station it was already leaving. We were there early and no where did it say where to stand and that they didn't stop by even fifteen seconds to make it to the doors. I've ridden countless busses in different states and even other countries and haven't had this kind of issue before.
