Nor was I looking forward to schlepping again to the COLD PARKING GARAGE AND COLD CAR after the show. So We decided to use Encore again for our trip to the Overature to see Hamilton as the forecast was calling for frigid temps and possibly more snow. I say again because we have used Encore in the past and had such a great experience; FLAWLESS is a word I would use to best describe the experience BOTH TIMES. This particular time we booked Encore for Sunday January 18th. I called up Mark and when you call Mark, the owner, it's like you're calling a friend. Mark says sure I have a car for you. Sent me an email confirmation w itinerary and another confirmation email the day before with the itinerary once again including the driver's picture and cell phone number. This brings us up to the day of. Steve showed up perfectly on time at 11:30am with a Cadillac ATS WITH HEATED BACK SEATS and got us down there to Overature within 30 minutes. The show started at 1pm. So plenty of time before the show, which I like. Steve dropped us right in front of the Overature at the front doors. This is my speed. Being treated like royalty if only for a day. He picked us up in the exact same spot after the show was over. And I will add it was snowing like crazy when we came out of the show but Steve was already there waiting for us... with a warm car with those heated back seats! I will add that Steve was very nice, courteous, friendly and fun! It's not everyday that you hire a driver for an event or go through a Pizza Hut Drive through on your way home. What an experience!!! Book today !!!! WELL WORTH IT!!!
