My car manual didn't list the part number of the dome light I needed (and neither did that big reference manual that car parts places use), so I was pleasantly surprised he trusted me to let me borrow his screwdriver and take it to my car to bring in the light. When I brought it in, he found a light that worked perfectly. I look forward to coming here again. Also, the store employee was friendly when the owner was in the back getting the parts I needed. He seemed happy to work there. It was such a positive difference! I sometimes get ignored in the big auto parts stores, and the people seem like they are there just to get a paycheck. Inside the man at the counter, Frank, offered his assistance almost right away. He helped me look up the correct type of bulb based on my VIN. Then he took me to the correct aisle and even searched for it himself. There were a lot of bulbs lying on the floor and a box of still packed ones on a cart he looked through. We were able to find the correct one and he got me checked out quickly. The manager asked me what kind of car I'd be putting it in. After I told him and said I had trouble removing it, he came out to the parking lot and helped me switch out the old one at NO CHARGE. He was extremely friendly and super helpful. The staff is wonderful all around there. The only reason I mark them down at all was the messiness of the store and the super dirty floor.
