Friendly staff and quick service but sadly my order was messed up a tad (forgot the taters on my egg cheese potato burrito). Nonetheless, still tasty and loved the chile. They are tasty, the chili is spicy and they are the best anywhere. They will stack up against any breakfast burrito and come out more delicious. Pretty tasty burritos. Hubby and I have had the breakfast burritos a couple of times now. I love that they usually have at least 3 different versions available to grab and go. I have to special order mine because I don't care for eggs, but they are always so polite and accommodating. Just an fyi...sausage and potato burritos are the way to go! Lol! We recently decided to try lunch, however we showed up at 2:30pm, so probably wasn't the best time. They were super friendly and didn't rush us at all (they close at 3pm). But the beans were a little dry. The enchiladas had a dark rich flavor, but there was something just a little different. I don't know what it was, I ate them all, so they weren't bad. LOL! Hubby and I really love the green chile. I'm happy they put it inside the breakfast burritos. Overall the staff is awesome, the place is clean and the breakfast burritos are delish! read more

I've stopped in a few times now when I had to run and didn't have time or let's face it, no desire to make myself breakfast. It's a small shop in a small strip off of Alameda with relatively easy in and out access. I appreciate that they have a few options for a vegetarian and have gotten the egg/potato/cheese burrito on my visits. I come here looking for what I get: a burrito I could make myself, not overly seasoned or fancy, at a decent price, and good customer service. My experience has always provided a hot, fresh, nicely seasoned burrito that stands alone or can add some hot sauce to for some extra heat. When I want a more creatively made burrito, I know where to go for that and make that choice. For a quick burrito to-go, I am happy support this local business. read more

Easy ordering, decent prices. You can call your order in or walk in. Three seating areas if you want to sit in and service is pretty fast. Friendly people and plenty of parking available. Food is good and decently portioned for the price. Chile is a little spicy but a tolerable heat. Look forward to returning. read more

Went back today for the second time. Total difference in the quality of the food and the prices have gone up, but not much. Placed a large order for lunch at work. Not one person enjoyed it. The feedback was it was super bland, too many potatoes, no flavor to Chile , no heat to the chili, old beans and rubbery rice. Maybe I'll try again in a another couple of years. read more

They offer all of the classic set ups but honestly, the burritos are simply 'ok'. The staff is friendly and quick, but if they could just add a little more flavor or kick up the spices a little bit in the contents of their burritos, and not rely so heavily on the potato, it would do wonders. read more

Great little place. Authentic flavors, grandma style burritos. Basic menu done well. I had the bean, potato, cheese, and chile. Warm tortilla, It was spicy but not hot, large sized for reasonable price (about $6-7), and everything tasted fresh. It tasted like I walked into my Mexican mother in-laws house and she had a pot of beans on, but I couldn't stay long so she fixed me up with something to go. Everything done right. read more

When this place first opened a few years ago, I would have given them a 5 star review, unfortunately its only been downhill. What changed? Burritos used to be fresh, now they are pre made and come out of a pastry display case. The plastic display case does not have any heat on the food to keep it hot (let alone safe). Somewhat recently they actually added a second pastry case, meaning they have no plans to change their method. What does that mean for you? It means sometimes your burrito is cold. I'd say over 50% of visits I now get a straight cold burrito. Taste of the burrito has gone downhill overall as well. Its a shame because it has a fantastic location and I want to like it, but I just cant. read more

Been here probably 10 plus times since it opened. They do have the best breakfast burritos in Lakewood. The bacon is seriously the best bacon I've had in a burrito. Very Smokey and has a nice salt level and the green chilli has a great spice to it. The gentlemen running the counter is very friendly and personable. Will keep coming back read more

I've visited twice and I like their sausage breakfast burritos. On my second visit, I ordered a side of green chili. I was surprised that such a small cup was $1.75. It's not good enough to get more on the side, especially for that price. Otherwise, the prices for the burritos are good and they are very filling. My work orders breakfast burritos from here often. I don't usually like breakfast burritos but these ones are simple and with good ingredients. What really sets it apart for me is the green Chile. It's actually spicy and has great flavor.
