Unfortunately, she did not mention (although she now claims she did) that the store will only issue store credit for returns and not credit it back to your credit card. On the whole the items are very nice but pricey. They have UPS bill you separately for shipping. I will be keeping the phone case strap, since I would be unlikely to use the store credit. A perusal of their internet site shows me nice enough but overpriced items.

Even when I told her I wasn't feeling safe, she continued to follow me around the store, getting uncomfortably close to me and attacking me for trying to stay safe. To make matters worse the woman told me she previously had corona, and her friends had it too, but she still didn't care about the danger of spreading it to me. If you are at all concerned about your safety, cleanliness, or don't want to be harassed for your beliefs, I recommend staying far away from this store.

The power strap tightening bracket broke rendering the boot useless, and it is the only boot my wife has ever skied on that hasn't left her with blisters. The repair required a plastioectomy of the left flange followed by a beautifully constructed anterior "strapostomy" replacing the original that had been amputated. Bruce supplied a loaner boot so we didn't miss the best day this year on the trails at Quigley canyon, and tomorrow we will be back to Prairie Creek with a boot stronger than the original! Thank you Bruce. Thank you Sturtevants. You always seem to be there when we need you. Your rentals are great, skis and bikes, and your service is top notch! While we haven't used you for base waxing, folks who have say they are pleased with how well you match wax to conditions. Your prices for xc ski waxes like Swix F4 and kick waxes often beat online sources,. Your staff offers very sound recommendations on kick zones and wax pockets for different conditions. It's a more laid back low pressure comfortable place to be than in some of the shops at the north end of the valley that cater mostly to tourists (not complaining, love the tourists, just different needs).

We also witnessed another table being told that their breakfast order would not be honored because the kitchen has a strict 11:00 a.m. breakfast cutoff. That seemed frustrating, especially after they had already placed their order. The food itself was good, but the service and communication left a lot to be desired. Better communication with guests would have made the experience much smoother. Given the size and popularity of the restaurant, having a dedicated busser could help the front of-house staff stay on top of orders and tables without becoming overwhelmed.

My father in law and I went on a guided fly trip with Erik at Lost River Outfitters. Erik is an…read moreabsolute 10/10 when it comes to guides. I am an experienced fly fishermen but my father in law had never swung a fly in his life. The first place we went was Silver Creek which was lights out. I caught a tagged brown trout on the first cast (bucket lister) and probably staged 6-8 more fish. Silver Creek is a very technical fishery, but my father in law still managed to pull out 3-4 fish that morning. After that Erik took us to another stream, I cant remember the name, where we proceeded to catch at least 20 more fish between us. My father in law went from not expecting to catch anything, to having an absolute lights out day and I attribute it all to the patience and instruction of our guide Erik. I will 100% be booking him again!

All those favorite brands that I mentioned back in my 2011 review are now nonexistent...or at least they were last week. In the 10 minutes I spent in the store I didn't see a single thing I wanted to buy for my daughter, which is a rare occurrence when it comes to me and kids stores. There were a few cute things for my son, but nothing worth the price tag. The woman who works here barely looked up to say hello or ask if she could help. Save your $ and head to Tator Tots for the kiddos instead.
