I asked if I could have the sales price and she said no. She was mocking the fact that I missed the sale. She found it comical. I asked to speak to a manager but I guess no one manages the store. Then I went to their Sun Valley store to see what else they had and the sales lady there also laughed and said "too bad you weren't here yesterday everything was 30% off." Where do they find this rude unhelpful sales people?? I won't ever shop at Pete Lane's in Sun Valley again!

Yesterday, my wife and I rented e-bikes from this shop. The registration process was easy and we…read morewere given a nice introduction into how these bikes work. We grabbed a couple nice, clean helmets and headed out on our journey to explore beautiful Sun Valley. 20 minutes in, my chain broke. I called the shop and they quickly went into action. The manager, Dave drove out immediately with a replacement bike. As it turned out, that bike had a problem with the seat. Without hesitation, he apologized and told us they would refund us fully. In addition, he suggested we return to the shop, get new equipment and still enjoy our day on the bikes. When we made it back to the shop, the original bike was finishing up repairs. The mechanic took it for a test ride and we were off, once again, on our journey. This is EXACTLY, the type of customer service we all wish for! I'm now a huge fan of this business and can't wait to return to Sun Valley. Thanks to Dave and all his team at the shop. A++!

It was more convenient than waiting in line at the mountain to rent, as they delivered the skis directly to my hotel at the time of my choosing. They were very flexible and easy! I rented for 2 days, and it turned out that my son got hurt so we needed to skip the 2nd day and instead ski the 3rd day. Black tie was great -- giving me a free comp skip day and allowing us to keep the skis for an additional day at no additional charge! Net it was cheaper and more convenient to rent with black tie instead of on the mountain. Thanks black tie! We'll definitely rent again.

My father in law and I went on a guided fly trip with Erik at Lost River Outfitters. Erik is an…read moreabsolute 10/10 when it comes to guides. I am an experienced fly fishermen but my father in law had never swung a fly in his life. The first place we went was Silver Creek which was lights out. I caught a tagged brown trout on the first cast (bucket lister) and probably staged 6-8 more fish. Silver Creek is a very technical fishery, but my father in law still managed to pull out 3-4 fish that morning. After that Erik took us to another stream, I cant remember the name, where we proceeded to catch at least 20 more fish between us. My father in law went from not expecting to catch anything, to having an absolute lights out day and I attribute it all to the patience and instruction of our guide Erik. I will 100% be booking him again!
