I really puts into perspective what Dr. Jenn and her team can do for you and what you are making a commitment towards. I have been doing injections for a few years now, but Dr. Jenn took me to another level. She is straight forward as to what you need and what you don't and will address any other concerns you might have. She will lay it all out on the table, what the cost is going to be, but fortunately there is payment plans if needed, don't let this deter you. It's a process sometimes, I never felt rushed or pressured into doing anything I didn't want to. Sometimes you need to go back several times depending on your procedures but it's always a pleasure when I get to visit the girls. Dr. Jenn is an Artist! I have had my lips revised, Botox (face, & neck), Face filler (chin, cheeks, jawline). And let me tell you, I am obsessed. She has brought me back to life. I was so happy with what I saw, I cried when we were done. I feel like myself again, not overfilled, not fake, just like I fit in my skin and how I feel on the inside is now showing on the outside. She has brought my confidence back and I am truly grateful. Sometimes we need a little help and Dr. Jenn and her team can give that to you. I am so thankful I came across Jenn and her team.

His staff made me feel comfortable, valued, and well informed. As a 24 year old, having the idea of Breast Reduction surgery was overwhelming. Even though it is something that I've wanted for years the idea of having a major surgery is scary. Dr.Momeni & his great staff held my hand through this process and made me feel at ease! Being an African American woman it can be hard to find a doctor to cater to our needs (scaring). Dr.Momeni completely went above and beyond and I am so grateful for my experience.

I called Dr. Momeni's office a total of three times to vet my insurance, the doctor, and his process before driving an hour for a consultation with Dr. Momeni. I spoke with two different women, including Shannon, and I was extremely thorough. I provided my specific UHC ID number and plan details. The first woman I spoke with told me they accept UHC "as an umbrella" no matter what the plan is. I didn't just take her word for it--I specifically asked for an official check to be efficient. She said sure, I know we take it but I'll "verify". She put me on hold and came back and said "Yes, we take your plan." I even called back a second time to double-check and was told "Yes" again. Momeni was scheduled as an early morning appt, I drove an hour, and took time out of my day. I filled out all the paperwork, gave insurance and Shannon came out and smugly announced they don't take my plan. Instead of treating me with kindness for their massive administrative error, she had a look of pure condescension and blamed me. She accused me of "putting myself in this position" by not disclosing my insurance--a flat-out lie since I gave them my ID number and they supposedly did an "official check" on it. When I responded that I would never do that, Shannon responded with a silent stare-down that lasted a full minute, and then said, 'We don't take your insurance' in a very stern, condescending voice. This was very disconcerting and patronizing. She behaved arrogantly and dismissive, as if she were trying to belittle me. It was frankly embarrassing to be treated with that kind of smugness after I had already double-checked my insurance with their office. And to be accused to deception is something that should have never happen.

From my first day to my last, Drs. Paul and Eric Carniol have been nothing short of consummate professionals. I first met with Dr. Paul a couple times who referred me to his son Dr. Eric who I think is more specialized in ENT plastic surgery. My issue was a random cyst had popped up in a sensitive area - above my left eye. The Drs. ordered me for an MRI and CT and then decided they could operate. I was under general anesthesia and didn't know a thing that happened. Their office is conveniently located attached to Overlook Hospital in Summit so surgeries can be scheduled there. I would 10/10 recommend Carniol Plastic Surgery. No one asked me to do this review. I literally had surgery yesterday, woke up today removed the bandage and it looked amazing!! So I just wanted to do my part in leaving a positive review so others , too, can find the best plastic surgeons NJ has to offer for all their plastic surgery needs! I hope I never have to have plastic surgery again, but if I do, I'm going with Carniol. Special thanks to Melissa and all the other ladies that work there! For example, when I first called, I was told I was the number three caller. I waited quite a while, and when my call was finally picked up, I was transferred to voicemail, which seemed strange after waiting on hold for so long. I eventually reached someone and scheduled an appointment. A couple of days before the appointment, however, I was notified that the provider would not be there and that I needed to reschedule. I wasn't given an extension or direct number for the person who called me, just the main number. When I called back, I again waited on hold and was eventually transferred to voicemail. Someone later returned my call and left a message, and the same process started over again. After a couple more cycles of missed calls, waiting on hold, and being sent to voicemail, I finally gave up and decided to find another dermatology practice.
