He seems to be professional enough, though brusque and not particularly informative when it came to describing conditions detected. Probably would pick someone else if returning. Still, I was impressed with the new retinal photography system - gives an extremely good look into the workings and underlying health of the eye. Flip of the coin if I'd go back. Convenient and low-cost though so there is that to recommend it.

Dr. took the contacts back, but only replaced them with 120.00 of contact brand that I had previously worn, which is a cheaper brand. I guess the remainder of the 260.00 was her tip of 140.00. I have them in hand and nobody bothered with me the entire time I was there. I even sat down right in front of the reception area for almost 5 minutes and yet nobody bothered to acknowledge me. At my scheduled appointment around 10am the Dr was incredibly late - I could hear her with another patient when I showed up early as they ask you to. I waited a little over half an hour and then left because I had to get to work and was going to be late. So I cannot speak to the doctor's care overall, but running that over time for an appointment is unacceptable in a small practice, and poor time management. I ended up booking my appointment at my old eye office that was farther away, but Wink had already pulled my benefits so I had to call back and ask them to remove authorization. The woman at the front desk actually hung up on me after I explained I needed the authorization pulled. I initially had assumed the line disconnected so I called back to which she said "yeah I know, I'm doing it". She didn't ask my name, appt date, or any follow up after my request, but instead hung up the phone. Incredibly rude and not the experience you would expect on either account for a new patient.
