I have them in hand and nobody bothered with me the entire time I was there. I even sat down right in front of the reception area for almost 5 minutes and yet nobody bothered to acknowledge me. Also y'all might wanna tone down the Bulgari air freshener. It's a little overwhelming. I myself have worn that combination of perfumes for a couple of years now and I know when it's overwhelming, and I swear my sinuses are still dripping from it.

It was not improved after 10 days and she got me right in for procedure to unclog the duct. I have not needed a return as she advised me on what to do to keep my eye healthier but I would go back to her office in a heartbeat should problems arise.

The parking lot is a bit tricky because it's almost like a one-way you pull in you can drop off the patient and then you park. My eye exams have been very detailed and they offer a personal and friendly service. Kim and Elizabeth at the front are also great and took the time to let me try on every thing I wanted. Also, I did not realize Dr. Smith is a glaucoma specialist and he actually pointed out some things about my nerve bundling and cupping in my retina which had never been addressed previously. Very happy I switched to them.

We love his new location and couldn't be happier with the services he provides. His staff is always friendly and ready to assist. The office is very clean and modern. I have never had a rushed visit with Dr. Smith. He always takes his time explaining things, like reviewing your digital retinal screening photos etc. You won't find an optometrist that is more caring and knowledgable in Cedar Park. I can not stress to you how important I find it that Dr. Smith really takes his time with you. We have never had a visit where we were rushed out the door. In this day and age where you're lucky to get about 10 full minutes of face time with a Doctor, its nice to know there are still people like Dr. Smith around. He really loves what he does and it shows.

My insurance covers a yearly eye exam but the optometrist charged me a medical copay and did a poor exam. The exam was no where in line with a medical exam, it was a typical exam done at any optometrist. Now I can't see out of my glasses and they are not doing anything to help rectify the situation. I spent over $300 there. You would think with covid running rampant they would give some allowances to their customers. Nope!!

I had my appointment around three weeks ago with one of the two doctors that share this location…read more My appointment was for 9 AM and we arrived early ( my husband came with me as we expected my pupils would be dilated) so we walked around the Walmart. As we went to check in a family came in , but I didn't really think much about it as there is a sign that says you can come back for " adjustments" within a certain amount of time. I was called and the Dr. Did the air test, and rapidly spun the magnifying plates. At least once I tried to reply " no" as she hurriedly flipped them back and forth. She spoke so rapidly and with her mask I could neither hear nor understand what she was saying. When I asked a question she seemed irritated and impatient. My eyes were not dilated and I would be surprised if my appointment lasted ten minutes. I went out into the glasses center and chose frames and paid for my progressives. I have worn progressives before and had very little trouble adjusting to them. I chose the widest viewing area. As soon as I received my glasses I knew the prescription was wrong and nearly refused them, but the staff convinced me that progressive lenses have changed and I would adjust. It has been over a week and I am having double vision, blurred vision , distortions to flat surfaces which make them appear curved or sloping. Today I have left several messages hoping to get scheduled again ( although having an appointment is apparently not a guarantee of service) because I do not want to just walk in on someone's appointment time like that family did to me. Obviously, because the Dr. Saw a greater potential income stream in them she had no problem attempting to shorthand my appointment. I hesitated to write this review and will update it upon resolution of the issue, whether good or bad. As of this writing, however, I would not recommend these physicians.
