Staff and all friendly and caring. My appointment was punctual. Dr Fitzpatrick was great, as usual. Would definitely recommend using ARA and the Marble Falls office if that one is near your home. The front desk staff has remained consistent during the two years I have been visiting, and they are very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking in the Galleria area. Their frame prices are reasonable as well. Glad I found Eyecare Essentials and hope Dr. Bari practices for a while.

Apparently my vision isn't impaired enough to require glasses, but if I wanted them, then of course they could fill the prescription in their office. I think we would all agree that the gem of their office is the woman who assists with ordering glasses. She is so friendly and charming and clearly loves her job. It was such a delight working with her. I am happy with the fit and her recommendations based upon my face shape and size. I am happy to have found a good optometrist to make sure my vision is 20/20!

Taking care of an elderly client, parking can be difficult at times, going up hill. Front entrance…read moredoor is super heavy and difficult for my 92 year old client, if I was not with her. We have been coming here for years, and same reception gal. Greeting is very dry, and robotic. Today we were asked to show insurance card, and fill out paperwork. Definitely need more room to fill out your name, phone and address. When my client was called I was told to not come in. I advised the gal I am her caregiver, and help her walking, since she does not use a cane or walker. She just looked at me like I had said something in a different language. I have ALWAYS gone in with my 92 year old client. I asked the gal to please come hold my clients hand since she was not allowing me in for her eye exams. Even as we are checking out, the gal at check out has no courtesy, or warmth another gal that is not professional at her job. Except for the doctor. He has excellent customer service skills. This review is being written in anticipation of bettering the office team, and the way they deal with the elderly.
