A great place to sweat it out and not even think about what you are doing.

A great place to sweat it out and not even think about it. I think a lot of people struggle coming up with a workout at the gym. Here you just show up and workout. The workout is done for you. You have a trainer cheering you on and keeping you accountable.

Love the community of Burn Boot Camp, no matter which location you go to you are always welcome into the Burn family. The owner Kyle is such an amazing trainer and person all around. He truly cares about each person that is on the floor working out! Consider joining the Burn Boot Camp family. It's life changing!

LIFE CHANGING! I had many friends and family members who were attending camps in other locations and they swore by it! I was a little hesitant and nervous, but so glad I mustered up the courage to join. It has been the best decision I've ever made! Not only do I feel great physically but mentally I'm in a whole different place. I've never felt so confident. I joined in October 2016 and the gains I've made have been amazing! The trainers at this location are awesome and make these tough workouts fun. These workouts are for all body types and if you haven't tried the 14 day trial....DO IT! You'll be glad you did!

Best place to workout in Charlotte!

Burn Bootcamp has been one of the most effective workouts I've experienced since I moved to Charlotte a year and a half ago. The best way to describe Burn Bootcamp is circuit training. Kyle, the main trainer, motivates you push harder and go the extra mile every class. Best trainer I've had so far! I usually go to the 5:30am classes and it may get a little crowded, but that says a lot about Burn Bootcamp. Everyone loves being there because they are getting results! Not only do they focus on strength, they focus on your nutrition as well by having nutritionists and doctors come by to do speeches occasionally. It's free on the weekends so I love taking friends on a Saturday morning. They recently started offering yoga classes. Every day has a different focus, such as Athletic Conditioning with core finisher for Monday or Lower Body Strength with team finisher for Tuesday, and that's the best part of Burn Bootcamp. I highly recommended this place. You will have a great time and see results.

5:30am class kills it every morning !!

From signup through cancellation, the experience was consistently poor. The signup process was unnecessarily difficult. You cannot sign up online or over the phone and must come in person. I arrived during hours I was told a manager would be present, only to find they had left early, requiring an additional visit to complete enrollment. The gym charges $150 per month per person, with additional costs for lockers, an extra month (extra $150) due on signup, and a facility improvement fee every six months. Despite the price, there is no coat rack or place to store even a jacket. Communication is "you must pay an extra amount for lockers each month" even though lockers are framed as an optional amenity. Charging for lockers in the first place is grubby. Every gym I've attended in the past includes them for free. Pool access is advertised. The pool is actually pool access passes included in membership to the Omni Hotel pool, we were told it was to be opened fall 2025, it has remained closed. This was communicated after signup. The equipment itself is fine, but there is no water bottle refill station, and the water available specifically says "don't fill your water bottle up". It's a gym. Who wants to use a small paper open top cup when working out. Bathrooms are often not clean. If you're coming in in the afternoon for workouts, the gym maintenance and cleaning happens then, so expect some vacuuming and hammering happening most days. But my primary issue is the staff experience relative to the price point. Front desk staff are often disengaged. A trainer instructed us to re rack weights that we didn't use. When we told him they were there before we used the machine he communicated "clean them up anyways". I rack weights when done using them. For $150 a month, if another gym member leaves weights behind, and this is noticed by the staff, I'd expect gym staff to care for the cleanup of other members weights left behind. And especially the first time, just unnecessarily hostile and unfriendly. There are many more similar interactions like this with staff. After I canceled my membership and requested my wife's remain active, a manager approached her requesting credit card information, the implication being "don't forget to pay" in a way that felt inappropriate. This is acceptable at a lower priced gym. Again, it's not what I expect at this price point. This is a premium priced gym with a good location and adequate equipment, but the service level does not match. I'm switching to another gym in the area.

Curious as to why there's a lack of transparency on the membership rates not posted in the website…read more Instead they want you to fill out a contact form.... I'll try to keep it short. (Yeah right! Lol) Overall- such a GREAT workout, experience and Emily breeze is so awesome!!! The only thing that kept me from quitting..well two things kept me from quitting. Knowing that summer is coming and my booty isn't where it needs to be and sheer will power to just keep going. I almost quit. Like literally said to myself "I can't do this...I so can't do this". And I heard the small inner former athlete say "yes.you.can" so I took another step...one more push up...one more lunge...one more squat. It's a brutal workout. I think we did (well I did because I couldn't do them all) at least 200 squats. I'm sure others did more. I think about 50 or more (I dunno I think I blacked out after a while) push ups, so many sprints, a bear crawl, back pedals, omg...my body was quivering. My mental state was shot....until something clicked and I remembered "yes I can". Sure I didn't do 20 squats at each cone, but I tried to do 15. I just kept moving. Never standing and never cheating myself out of the movement. I push well past my comfort zone. Along with about 200 people. It's a good mix of fitness levels and a great sense of community. I met some great people. Strangers were encouraging each other. The group clapped for those who were coming in last to encourage them. Amazing. By the time we got to the burpee plank series I was spent. I'm glad that was last. The ONLY reason why I'm kicking off a star is because at the end a big muscle guy kick my foot while I was in a modified plank hold (my knees were on the ground and I would alternate left and then right knee) and said "is that your plank?" I said "yes. You don't know my story. You try having stomach surgery" and he walked off. What I SHOULD have said was "is that your face? Oh it is? Then yes. This is my plank" That made me mad and confirmed why I don't xfit. I was judged by my plank and he kicked my foot. So for that, I kick off a star. At least my plank will get better...your face?? *shrugs shoulders* I'm going to go back. I am so happy that I didn't quit. It's challenging and it will help push me past my level of comfort!!!

When I saw that it was co-led by THE Randy Moss, I knew we had to go, being a huge Patriots fan. For a class size of about 200 people, it was very well organized! Everyone got a great workout, I felt like I could go ROUGHLY at my own pace, and everyone was very encouraging. I'd like to say that it is an all-levels class, but it really isn't. You would probably be better off with some athletic background or at least average/above average fitness level to keep up. I would be back if I am in the area again! Feel free to follow our travels at www.tandaintheusofa.com! One thing to note, is they do charge $5 to park in their lot, which we did not know. We did see many other people parking on the street perpendicularly across the street.

I was clear that I didn't want to be locked into a contract, so they suggested a month-to-month option, but it ended up costing over $200 a month. They were also constantly trying to upsell me on add-ons like red light therapy, pushing yet another membership even after I had already signed up. It felt excessive and uncomfortable. When I later decided to cancel, I was told I needed to give a 30-day notice, which was never mentioned when I signed up. The way it was communicated felt dismissive, basically telling me I would definitely be charged for another month. It feels like they treat your card like it's theirs to charge whenever they want. The atmosphere also changed completely after I became a member. Before joining, they were attentive and friendly, but that disappeared once I signed up. It's easy to get in, but a nightmare to get out. The classes were unreliable as well. The instructor I signed up for missed a lot of sessions, sometimes resulting in weeks without classes. I was promised discounts for those missed sessions, but they never followed through. At one point, I went almost an entire month without the class because the trainer quit, yet I was still charged the full amount. On top of that, I was offered a $50 discount that never showed up. Instead, I was actually charged even more. When I asked about it, they said it was a billing mistake, but that doesn't change the fact that I was overcharged without my consent. The only good class was the heat/and tone and the trainer left. And you have to book a class to go and guess what if you can't go they charge you 20 dollars! EDIT: She will say she gave me a discount, after a month with no classes I never got it! Why do you think I'm upset? She also says there was not any classes only for thanksgiving? Ha what a joke, the trainer was gone for weeks after and there was not a sub once. AND this whole month, I have not been able book a class, because there are NONE.
