Prior to this, I went to a 'regular' gym with machines and weights. Burn is a combination of strength and high intensity interval training. However, they do not use machines; there are plenty of equipment such as free weights, bands, battle ropes, med balls, and more to help target every muscle group. Each camp is 45 minutes long and very challenging. I always leave sweaty and feeling good. Some days it takes me a while to get my heart rate down. There are several camp times offered throughout the day, Monday to Friday and three morning camp times on Saturdays. They are closed on Sundays. Burn Gilbert East has an amazing team. They are all friendly and supportive. I transferred to this gym over the summer and they made the transition very smooth. They welcomed me with open arms and treated me like I had been a member since day one. They learned my name quickly and greet me with a high five everytime I walk in. The trainers are very knowledgeable and will give you the right push to reach your potential. They will also make modifications if you have an injury but still want to participate. Focus meetings are included in the packages. The trainers will provide you a nutritional plan that's doable to help you achieve your goals. As a member, you also get free childcare and access to the private Facebook community group. There's always a fun challenge as well as specials throughout the year. I got started with Burn through one of their specials, a four-week trial for $99. I've been hooked ever since! I'm thankful for Burn Boot Camp Gilbert East today and everyday!

After all, you lose a lot of the water weight first, then the hard weight loss comes after. Before joining, I accepted the fact that being large & overweight was just going to be a way of life. This also took a toll on my self esteem and other aspects of my life. I had no desire to look in the mirror where I had to pre stretch my clothes for them to fit "better". Due to my weight at the time, I had to take medicine to control my acid reflux and blood pressure. Which also includes a few low blood sugar episodes (hypoglycemic) Then came my breaking point... I finally looked at myself in the mirror after years of a poor diet and zero excercise. Disappointed & disgusted in myself for letting me get so badly out of shape. My wife and I decided (after "bugging me" constantly) to start to get back into shape. We wanted to kickstart our weight loss and what better way than a trainer offering the first 4 weeks free (after a few waivers are signed). I can now say after 6 months of hard work, I have lost over 33 pounds, over 58 total inches, lost 3.8% body fat and 19 of those pounds were nothing but fat. I've lost almost 8 inches around my waist, 9 inches around my gut, 6 inches around my chest and hips. I can go on and on. Because of Jennifer, my clothes no longer need to be pre-stretched. no longer do I have to hold my breath to tie my shoes. No longer do I have to hope my button on my pants break loose. No longer do I have the desire to eat bad food. I was starting to wear XXXL shirts to hide my "fat feelings" now I can almost (depending on who makes it) wear a XL shirt. I still have a long way to go in my weight loss. I have made friends here that need the same thing and even though I will still come to My Perfect Body Now Boot Camp for years to come, I will never be able to thank Jennifer enough what what she's given me in just the short amount of time. She's given me my self esteem back, self confidence back, my waist line back . Just to name a few. But the absolutely best part is I no longer have to take any medications for blood pressure or acid reflux.

It's hard to put into words what an incredibly welcoming, positive and supportive environment it is. The workouts are challenging, fun, and do-able for ALL fitness levels. In the beginning I couldn't do all the reps (and sometimes I still can't!), but I've never feel pressured to push myself past my limits. Jennifer provides modifications to some of the more difficult exercises for beginners and she watches your form closely to prevent injuries, which is so very important. And did I mention the location is in a beautiful park setting where you get to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air? I may never exercise indoors again! I honestly can't say enough about Jennifer and her boot camp. Hands down, it was one of the best decisions I've made to improve my life and health. If you're thinking about joining, just do it! The first 4 weeks are free, so you have nothing to lose (besides maybe a few inches or pounds). Just show up each day with an open mind and a positive attitude, give it your best effort, and soon enough you will be amazed at what you can accomplish too!

How funny it is that if you use Google to look for boot camp definition the first link goes to this…read moreone: 1- A military training camp for new recruits. 2- A prison for youthful offenders, run on military lines. Which one do you belong to? I believe this generic terms in our modern life, AKA Internet, means more like a drill rather than a military one and you probably know better if you were in the Army however if you feel like you got a good work out this can make your day. Once again, Groupon brought me here as BFIT4LIFE offers 5am Boot Camp classes on M/W/F and for the price you pay you can't go wrong. In Chandler, you'll meet with Michelle at 5am or Dana any other days at 5:30am. The classes take place in two locations. Either The Bridge on Alma School road and Germann or The Training Zone on Arizona Ave and Ocotillo. The classes take place inside with a few runs outside to get some fresh air and recover. Both trainers know how to make you work hard equally and you get a good work out no matter what. Also, Dana makes sure to follow up with you concerning any issues or concerns you might have reported to her directly or indirectly which is good customer service. I like the fact that they are paying attention to proper form when you are not doing it right and that you get corrected to avoid injury and get the most of your time. The morning group is motivated and ready for more which is a good way to push yourself and I've seen my strength level and stamina increased after a couple of weeks. Once a month they have a PiloXing class which mixes Pilates and boxing. This class is not for everyone, either you like it or you don't. I'm the later. The concept sounds great however having done boxing and kickboxing for a while I couldn't reach my sweet cardio level spot making me feel left a bit on the edge of a disappointment. Good news though, you can get one week of free trial classes if you want to give it a shot, just check out their web site and their schedule, you might find something for you.

I am impressed with the customer service, workout, and all trainers! In my first class I met the owner and she took the time to get to know me, my fitness goals, and my name! All the trainers refer to you by name, and push you to make the most of your workout. The workouts they design really work all parts of your body and attending 10 weeks in a row with only once per week I can see noticeable difference. Class sizes are small, they offer child care, and cost is affordable! If I wasn't moving I would sign up for a full year of camps, I will be watching for when they spread to west valley! I think what I find most impressive is the positive attitude. It would have been very easy to shun me off since they are probably not making any money off of me, however I have always felt welcome and the same as other non-grouponers. Since I cannot continue going to camp please take my place.

There is a lot of competition out there, if you charge a lot, you should offer a lot more. Sometimes we have to get creative with weights if everyone in your group uses the same amount as you. The carpet is dirty. I hated doing exercises that brought me to the ground because it may get vacuumed but needs shampooing with all the feet and sweat. Grosses me out honestly. No social media presence. I do think if you advertised classes more then you'd have more interest. Advertising a word of the week felt silly rather than inspiring. The app never had the right coaches listed. Not a big deal but this was over 50% of the time where the actual coach was not the one listed. I hate the stretch routine. Why stretch my legs for 4 weeks when you do arms, core, cardio, etc. Most of the time, no one actually did what was written. I saw a lot of awful form but the stations go so fast, not really an opportunity to correct it. Depending on your group, people didn't interact with each other much so I kept to myself. I also would've liked more variety than just arms and legs, upper lower or push pull kind of rotations.
