The employees are so knowledgeable and their goals are for tree health, not cut down and remove. Although if there is a situation of a very unhealthy tree, the first step is discussing a plan on how to make it better. Removal is last resort, so when that is needed - they are professional, safe and clean. They provide info on native species to replace any tree if they were removed or if you want to add more trees. Always check with your city BEFORE removing trees, you usually need a permit and if you know ignore this rule and are caught later - the fines are HUGE.
