It was on clearance and I was unable to find matching slacks. I was going to return it but when I called the representative said to keep it and they would credit my account. To my surprise I received a full credit in two days! A few weeks later I brought the coat to the store to see if I could find a pair of slacks close in color. My salesman spent 15+ minutes online looking and found the matching pants, however I had to purchase them online. He assisted me with the purchase, discovered that they were on clearance and waived the delivery fee! I received them today and a perfect match. I still need a shirt, tie and shoes and you know I will be back! Kudos to the service, selection and value. You have won me over as a lifetime customer.

I purchased some items from the babies clearance section. I found some really cute things for my 3 month old granddaughter. One item was marked at $11.20. Cool. When I went to the self checkout and it rang up at $16.00. I called over the employee and pointed out the price difference. She looked at me and said.... Hmmm that does not seem right. And that's the wrong sticker on that item. Are you sure about that? I told her yes. And there are more over there with the same tag. She said.... I'll let it slide this time. But I can't do that for you again. It's the wrong sticker. Excuse me??? That is not the same conversation I heard her have with the lady next to me. She was more than happy to adjust the price. Anyhow.... It is what it is. I'll still shop at Target. Just had to point out this unfortunate interaction.

This three-week-old 22,000 sq foot Ross is open 8 AM to 10 PM Monday thru Thursday, & 8 AM till 12 AM Friday thru Sunday. It is located beside the new Keke's Breakfast Cafe, which sits beside a very busy Publix store in the Shoppes of New Tampa plaza. It is a standard Ross store without the usual clearance rack to the back left of the store, but give it time:) The women's & men's shoes sections & baby/children's section appear larger than what they are @ other locations. The home decor section is larger as well, & nicer in that it's spread out more-- wider aisles. All the registers were build w/ plexiglass fronts. The outside sign reads that masks are mandatory. No dressing rooms are open, yet this selectively Covid-conscious business is not sanitizing carts for its customers. (There are three sizes/styles of the blue Ross shopping carts available for use.) I bought a marked-down pillow set for my living room. The cashier who waited on me was very friendly, which has not normally been my experience @ most Ross locations. That's a good sign! There is plenty of parking; however, it's a VERY active lot whenever Keke's is open for breakfast.

I'm talking over an inch in the front. But I could only notice it when I got home and pulled my hair back into a ponytail. AND, all of the highlights are different shades. She SWORE there'd be no orange color in my hair. Yikes! The whole top was filled with awful orange highlights.The back? Super light highlights. None of them are evenly distributed and some of them are wide strips. I've never had a worse dye job and in 52 I think my NON-stylist sister could've done it better. So now I'm out $240 and it's absolutely AWFUL and I'm so embarrassed. I have events coming up and I don't even want to go to any of them. Sorry, but no one should go to Jes. It look her 4 hours for my to totally trash my hair. I'm so sad.

The shoe area is pretty messy though.

I had to try REALLY hard not to cave in and buy a whole bunch of Halloween decor- which they already had displayed and it was torturing me!!! I loved at least a dozen different items! It is right next to Old Navy and soon Five Below will be next to it. This Bealls Outlet appears to be smaller than other locations. I feel like they cramped a lot of stuff into it and is not as organized especially being a brand new location. I have also been to Bealls Outlet - Home Centric in Brandon. They have two locations there. Compared to those locations, these definitely have less area to spread out. I wish they had more space instead of cramping all that they have together. I can see it getting messy in the future. The clothes on the hangers we noticed you can tell look so wrinkly and just right out of the box. I didn't get an excited feeling leaving this new store. Maybe in the future it will be better when they are open longer. We shall see. For now, it is nice to have more variety in the area. I think the old Bealls Outlet will close soon if it hasn't already. I did see a closing sign on it.
