I was at the North Spokane Burlington on the evening of 1/24/24. The check out line had 8 people in it and there was only one cashier. The cashier was having trouble ringing up the customer that she had at the counter. After about 10 minutes I went to the employee standing at the door, who is right next to cash registers, and said "there are 7 people in line and one at the counter, could you call someone to get her (the cashier) some help. He told me "that's not my job, that's the manager's". I left the store and as I was leaving he started to yell and swear at me. He stated" we don't need you anyway...don't come back" -- along with a few expletives thrown in to really make his point. The "not my job" statement in general is a huge pet peeve of mine. I prefer that employees, including my own are team players and when seeing that a team member is having difficulty they either help out themselves or find someone who can. As far as the disrespectful attitude, yelling and swearing at a customer that is absolutely unacceptable. read more

So I counted at least 6 employees one asked if I needed help. Took 4 customers to get in line to pay before any other person came to help check. And the store manager stood at the register talking but never thought of getting another checker?? Smh read more

I've been in the store many times been a customer forever now I call in and you can hear the answer the phone cuz it rings sometimes when sometimes twice sometimes three times they pick it up and hang up they won't even answer the phone the customer service is so bad that they will not even answer a phone for a customer what kind of a store is it that don't care anything about their customers they won't even take the courtesy to answer the phone for a question I won't shop there again I have a card I'm going to cancel it I advise anybody else who shops at Burlington don't when you ask him they're just rude like what do you think they're just young people that don't give a damn about the business why don't they hire someone that cares or shows something about caring they don't I called they said their manager is in a place in Florida for a meeting about business well how about they work on customer service that would help their business a lot read more

No fitting rooms. Corporate decision to close them. I'm not going to buy something and take it home to try it on. Then drive 10 miles back to return it when it doesn't fit! Bad form Burlington! read more

The store itself is great but I am giving you a warning do not get a credit card from these guys they will suck your money like crazy I have been paying on a 100 dollar credit for 2 years now I have more then payed back my credit but they rack on late fees regardless of weather it's late or not and you will never get ahead best suggestion is pay your full credit at a store and then close your credit card immediately read more

As many people that come through this place, Burlington takes the cake and pie for keeping things neat and putting things back where they belong. Service there is always kind and welcoming. Sometimes there isn't much in the jewelry section because people were vultures and bought all the goodies. Their statues section is my favor I'm always looking for a new Buddha or elephant one to add to my collection. read more

I had Burlington for my baby registry and the staff was super helpful when it came to putting said registry together. I got a cool scan gun and went crazy with my big belly. I appreciate those moments. We chose Burlington because the pricing is bomb. My son's crib converted into a twin bed and it's awesome. You would never guess that my suits I own came from here either. Great pricing and the store is laid out very nicely. read more

Great prices but you really have to watch what they do. Purchased a drone and thought the packaging looked funny. When I opened the controller is broke. upon inspection of the package you can see when someone taped the cover back on it and hid that fact. This was on the shelf and is a big box so I doubt it was snuck in. Was more than likely it is the old Walmart trick of resealing it and placing back on the shelf for some other sucker. read more

Burlington is one of my favorite stores to shop!! It's like a hidden gem full of amazing clothes for an AMAZING price!!! I get a lot of my running/workout gears here at a great price!! They carry adidas, Nike, puma, under armour etc. I have never had a bad experience. Love all the clothes selections they offer!! read more

All I can say is that this place is amazing. The store was organized and neatly kept. It also offered a lot of variety, so you could find exactly what you are looking for- clothes, shoes, accessories, home good, etc. I went to the baby section and ended up buying several cute outfits and baby accessories. I wish all Burlington Coat Factories were like this one. Thumbs up read more

I have never written a review on here before but I felt the need to write this one, growing up burlington was where all my clothes were purchased from so its kind of nostalgic to me. Well as a 23 year old i was looking for a cheap cute dress to wear on new years.. i honestly was scared i was going to get shot or something. Lol, the whole 20 minutes i was there at least 5 different druggies came in and grabbed hella merchandise (they could barely see over the amount they had in their arms, I'm surprised they even knew where the exit was since their vision was blocked. Lol) the workers just stared and smiled and didn't do anything.. they were even on the sidewalk right next to the store checking the merchandise they stole,no cops no nothing. Drug deals in the parking lot, homeless people hanging out in the parking lot/ at the entrance and on top of that the store is an absolute mess, everything was on the floor and everything on the shelves were disorganized and chaotic.. side note; from all the people that came in and robbed this store.. the alarms were set off the whole damn time i was there! My poor ears.. so sad, i don't know where this store went wrong.. when I left I was terrified to walk to my car for the fear of getting mugged. AVOID BURLINGTON GO TO ROSS INSTEAD!! Burlington doesn't even have any nice name brand clothes anymore since they keep getting stolen. read more

This place is the bomb!! Great prices. I have an odd size neck and they have plenty of options for me. The prices are the best and they have a 30 day return policy too. I will always go there for my work clothes! Thank you!! read more

Love this store! Cute clothes, great purses and insanely good prices. SO much better than Ross or TJ Maxx. My one criticism is that their selection of wool coats this year is almost non existent. read more

First of all, I had never been to a Burlington Coat Factory; my preconceived impression is based upon TV commercials and their website. I was very very disappointed. The store on Division in Spokane was dark; the lights had been partially turned off to save money. The store smelled damp, like inefficient air conditioning. Next a security patrol greeted me, found out where I needed to go in the store, and escorted me to the clothes; which by the way, it took the employee 10 minutes to find. When I finally found the clothes I wanted to see they did not have any of the styles they advertised. And the clothes the website stated would be in the store were not there. And FYI, the prices I did see were not that great. I would avoid this store unless you like to be treated like a criminal for no reason. read more
