I looked into the line, the brand started in Dublin Ireland. Their website states they will become a circular, more sustainable business. That's wonderful! I want gym socks... I'm not finding anything in the men's section, my wife found something cute for my daughter in law. We go to check out and "I'm" the cashier? Me. I think of My Blue Heaven with Steve Martin as I check out. I liked the convenience of paying quickly. Primark, how about selling some handmade clothing from Ireland? Good prices for back to school clothing, nothing fancy in men's clothing. Slainté!

I asked the cashier and she just stared at me. The manager came over and was very rude acted like she could not be bothered. Walked over to the table and with an attitude said there's no sign on that side of the table it is what I rang up as. And again like she could not be bothered just walked away giving an attitude. It would been ok but her attitude changed my mind so I just returned the whole purchase.

Beautiful pinks, frills, lace, and girly details encompass this store. It's not a vintage store, but vintage inspired clothing. I felt the prices were very reasonable for such a beautiful boutique! I ended up buying the dress below for $74. Kate was working the counter, and we got talking. She is so nice and creative. She hand picks everything in there and also makes some of the accessories herself. She was working on hand detailing the flag jacket in the pictures. I can't wait to come back!

I went in one day as a treat to myself I bought a dress I was eyeing online, a pair of linen pants, and a sweater vest. I brought them home and unfortunately, nothing looked good. I returned to the store an hour and a half later and said I needed to return because nothing looked good. I returned so quickly because I was going away the next day and did not want to worry about returning something when I returned. The girl said "WE ONLY GIVE STORE CREDIT" I was completely unaware of this policy as the young girl behind the desk never told me or said, try it on because we do not accept returns. I never returned anything there and asked if she could please call her boss since it was only an hour or so before when I purchased it. My total was almost $600.00 so I did not feel like a store credit. I waited for the owner to reply for over a half hour while I was just standing in the store. Finally, another manager called the store and said no that is our policy we can not give her money back. I called the Southampton store to ask for the manager they took my name and number. Long story short no one called me ever. I winded up exchanging it for something smaller in price and have a gift card for the difference. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME there was a small sign I noticed when I was bringing it back, but it was NOT NEAR THE REGISTER and it was probably the size of a postcard. I am so disgusted with this place, it is really bad PR to act like you can care less when so many businesses go out of business these days. OH, AND FYI you can find all the line labels, and if you go straight to the website you usually get a coupon of up to 20% off for signing up to the website. I find it completely odd that an owner would not want to make sure a customer is happy. I was never told this honestly. If I had known this I would have a least tried on in the store before I lost $600.00. To the owner do yourself a favor stop being so stuck up that you can not even call an upset customer, do not leave a young girl in the store alone and no one else there to make a decision, and train your employees better to communicate with the customers about your desperate return policy. Unbelievably bad experience…read more Went to Magic Moments to get measured for a bridesmaid dress. You walk in and it's like a time warp - back to the 90s with with bags of tacky dresses. It's so crowded that it's almost difficult to walk through, but i mean, fine... its a dress store, no big deal. The dresses weren't in stock so we pretty much went to get measured for the gown. I get measured by a salesperson who is seriously slow. First she's confused there are two Amanda's in the bridal party and actually crosses out the other Amanda's name when taking my measurements. I had to tell her I'm Amanda P and that was Amanda R. P and R, terribly confusing I know. In life, I am a size 2/4. I get measured and the measurements (bust, waist, hip) are 2, 12, 8, making me the candidate for a size 10. I ask them to measure me again - I get that these dresses run big but a 10 is pretty ridiculous. Especially the fact that my hips are larger than my waist, which is not the case in real life. After asking multiple times, I finally get remeasured and they're adamant that I'm a 10. So, I am stuck paying and hoping I'm a 10. It's time to get our payments processed. Six girls and it took over an hour to do that. They wrote everything by hand, making mistakes with their painfully slow writing. I finally had to ask to write it myself because their method of asking, repeating, writing incorrectly and having me correct it was just insane. Fast forward a few months later and I was right. All of the bridesmaid dresses are HUGE. I can fit another person in my 10. I just called and the woman at the store could find no record of any name - not the bride or any of the bridesmaids. It's not shocking that they lost a yellow slip receipt floating around in their overpacked store but it's disappointing that I can't find a single redeeming aspect of this place. Bottom line: Skip this store - there are plenty other dress stores in Long Island with an actual concept of size, fit, reality and customer service. They probably even have electronic payment methods too.
