    This store is my go to when I have to get new clothing. Whoever does the purchasing for this store…read moredoes an amazing job. They have great variety from jeans, sweaters, dresses, tops all the way to accessories. I recently got a dress that I wore to a work event and got SO many compliments. I get compliments on just about anything I buy at Mint! 10/10!

I went in one day as a treat to myself I bought a dress I was eyeing online, a pair of linen pants, and a sweater vest. I brought them home and unfortunately, nothing looked good. I returned to the store an hour and a half later and said I needed to return because nothing looked good. I returned so quickly because I was going away the next day and did not want to worry about returning something when I returned. The girl said "WE ONLY GIVE STORE CREDIT" I was completely unaware of this policy as the young girl behind the desk never told me or said, try it on because we do not accept returns. I never returned anything there and asked if she could please call her boss since it was only an hour or so before when I purchased it. My total was almost $600.00 so I did not feel like a store credit. I waited for the owner to reply for over a half hour while I was just standing in the store. Finally, another manager called the store and said no that is our policy we can not give her money back. I called the Southampton store to ask for the manager they took my name and number. Long story short no one called me ever. I winded up exchanging it for something smaller in price and have a gift card for the difference. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME there was a small sign I noticed when I was bringing it back, but it was NOT NEAR THE REGISTER and it was probably the size of a postcard. I am so disgusted with this place, it is really bad PR to act like you can care less when so many businesses go out of business these days. OH, AND FYI you can find all the line labels, and if you go straight to the website you usually get a coupon of up to 20% off for signing up to the website. I find it completely odd that an owner would not want to make sure a customer is happy. I was never told this honestly. If I had known this I would have a least tried on in the store before I lost $600.00. To the owner do yourself a favor stop being so stuck up that you can not even call an upset customer, do not leave a young girl in the store alone and no one else there to make a decision, and train your employees better to communicate with the customers about your desperate return policy. I only gave a star because I had to chose so I can post this, but you get 0 stars
