Recently I had a lot of clothes that have added up so I went in again and they said they would be taking clothes Oct 1st. I thought I would call ahead on Sept 21st asking if Oct 1st was still the drop off date. She said "no, we're full, we had 147 families drop off clothes so we aren't taking any more items" I was not too happy. They said it was posted also on instagram and didn't see it there either. I now have 5 bag full of clothes because your store seems like it's too full when I check in numerous times during the year.

Also their entire staff is super friendly, I have yet to encounter a rude employee & I've been shopping here long before my now 8 month old daughter was born. I would shop here to buy gifts for baby showers & birthdays. When out of town I usually walk into a Carter's and walk right out due to the lack of customer service & negligence in keeping the store clean. This location far out performs any other Carter's I've been too. They also have great sales & keep their clearance section AS organized as the regular price merchandise, which is a bonus in my book! They even sell Carters stuff on Amazon. The actual Carters store has been around for such a long time and I enjoy coming to have a look at their selection in person! They typically have sale items and I'd say that their prices are fair. The only thing I don't really like is that for girls they don't have a lot of bright colors, mostly everything is very earth-tone like. I also came in looking for accessories (bibs/bows, etc) but some locations just don't have that at all while others have a very small selection. This one in particular is one of my favorites to come to: I think it's typically more organized than the surrounding locations and their employees are always helpful. I will continue to shop here because honestly there is not a lot of children clothing stores around anymore! So many went out of business so I'd love to keep supporting them and coming in store because I'm not a fan of the online shift!! You will be able to find a good selection here (more for girls) but there is a lot of boy stuff too! i think it's convenient and nice.

The store closed down when the owner passed away. I would have to say that now KISSUI and KISSUI KITH are now among my favorite boutique stores in the downtown Redlands area. I picked up a cute onesie for my daughter that she's worn so many times, it's held up beautifully through washes and playtime. One of my favorite touches was the play area -- there were dolls and a little shopping cart that kept my daughter entertained while I browsed.
