I checked in last night with my Bestie Austy and found some fabulously charming Summer Earrings for under $10! They were this soft and inviting fresh yellow color perfect for romanticizing the Sexy Uplifting Colors of the Summer. Our Cashier was super nice and friendly with adorably chic V colored bangs and was professionally patient and energizing despite working such a late shift and taking care of all the Custmers by herself. The Security Guard was very pleasant, Professional, and mindfully locked into their role as well! I had a very good experience and I'm proud of the Team for being such positive and high quality Brand Ambassadors of Burlington and especially the Riverside Plaza Location! read more

Sooo I like the deals . What I don't like is waiting in long lines while one employee is at the register and said customer at the register takes forever and her friend rolls past me with a full shopping cart. I don't like that. So I had to ask an employee that was straightening racks nearby if she could ring me out because I'd been waiting for so long. She agreed. There should be more than one register available, especially if a customer is having some kind of problem at the only one available. read more

Manger is a rude, old, crusty, woman who thinks she's better than everyone. Honey, you manage Burlington not the white house. I've noticed a bunch of new faces and some familiar ones. I wish the old faces would return because they made you feel like a family. Many even knew my name since I'm a frequent shopper at this location. I truly miss the ladies who formerly were at the door even the 2 gentlemen. They were so very kind. Theres another young woman who works there even though I haven't seen her in awhile and seems to be the only one who'd get things done around there. If she is no longer there, shame on Burlington. The selection has also gone downhill. I'd always take my elderly aunt to shop with me and she will no longer come because stuff is EVERYWHERE. This Burlington needs to have a visit from corporate because they suck now. DD's Discounts is where its at now. read more

Same as everyone else. One cashier while other workers walk around the store doing things that do not appear that important considering the line and the one person checking out. Also, why is it an oven in there when it's nice and cool outside? They never turn on their AC. It's unpleasantly hot in there. read more

Other customers and I waiting in line to check out on a Saturday evening we were shocked that just one cashier was working the register. Kudos goes to the one and only available cashier Drucilla who decided to work tonight at this specific location. Another sales associate cashier walked over to a cashier register nearby and she didn't scan in her badge to log into the POS (point of sales) register/system. The younger cashier ignored the long lines of customers walked away and headed towards the floor. The younger cashier never came back to assist her co-worker or cashier. There were like 2-3 women dressed all in black unknown if they were managers or associates. They didn't provide any additional cashier backup and they didn't interact with the customers. Seriously, the CEO of Burlington needs to send either HR or do some in-store data collection and observational work. This was the worst service at this specific Burlington location, and it was on the weekend. Kudos go to the one and only cashier who was clocked in and was working the register. Please Burlington corporate give Drucilla a raise or some sort of Employee of the Month Certificate and a gift card to dinner. She definitely is a hard worker, and anyone would be pleased and honored to hire her for their business team or corporation. read more

I was in the store and I was looking for I new bag the employees where every rude only two nice ones sadly I didn't get there names but once they told me where to find the bags I turned a corner and saw a man taking a shit on the ground! I haven't been in this Burlington for a few months since it used to be too messy for me, but I went in yesterday with my daughter in law to get my grandson some new clothes and I was completely blown away! It looks like day and night compared to what it did before which leads me to believe that it's under new management. The store was clean, organized and the staff were friendly. read more

Upon entering the store I was surprised that they have it roped off with a security guard that lets you in and out of the store "for your safety and a more pleasurable shopping experience". The guard was nice and pleasant. I shopped around the store for about 45 minutes and they have a pretty great selection of bags especially for you girlies that like Steve Madden. I found a bag I liked and headed to the checkout which I spent about 23 minutes in line with about 5 people ahead of me. They only had one cashier open on a Friday evening and other workers unpacking boxes at the cash wrap and talking amongst themselves which I thought was horrible considering how long the line was. I even heard the man behind me mention how ridiculous it was. When I wreathed the cashier he wasn't very friendly. Scanned my item and Asked me with a bit of an attitude if I wanted a bag. And I also mentioned that I wanted to put in my mobile number for being a Burlington member. I had heard him be very friendly and personable with all the other Spanish speaking women ahead of me. I guess he was tired of being friendly once I reached the front of the line. read more

By far the worst Burlington location i have been to. Upon entering the door you are greeted by loss prevention and the front of the store is roped off. And large TV screens showing surveillance, and "you're on camera" signs everywhere making the shopping experience a little intimidating for a regular shopper. There was maybe one person working in the store and no one to open up the restroom. The loss prevention lady was kind and attempted to page the worker twice, after waiting for almost 10 minutes to use the restroom I say forget it, ill just leave. I was prepared to spend hundreds of dollars in the store, but guess ill just take it somewhere else. read more

Immediately me and my husband came in and we were greeted by LP and they now have to personally let you in the store? I was really caught off guard, I felt like I was walking on eggshells. I was looked at a couple times to see if I was an at risk shopper, I wasn't dressed the best because we randomly wanted to shop. I worked retail management and I know when I'm being clocked for someone who is trying to steal. I asked to use the restroom and it felt like I couldn't be trusted with the passcode to the bathroom. My husband soon after had to use the restroom. He asked a worker who was rolling a Z rack and the associate kept walking away while he was asking for the passcode. From a distance it looked like the guy couldn't be bothered. I go to a girl working in kids who I kept looking at prior because I couldn't help noticing she had no shame in being on her phone and listening to music. I was baffled she didn't care who saw her on the phone, let alone the fact that she's allowed to work a shift at work with sleeping sweats? I asked her for the code to the bathroom and she just walked by me like I intruded on her "Me Time". Never ever have I felt such judgments with an entire staff who can't even show the slightest bit of pride or customs service for the company they are representing. At that point we had pillows we wanted to get and I that's all I wanted to get. That was truly the worst experience and it made me want to immediately get out of that store. If sales are low, just know it's due to the fact that you hired a bunch of incompetent people who don't care about the reputation of the business. read more

Workers had the worst attitude especially Stephanie working on Sunday feb 9th closing shift workers were playing around in the mic for the announcement and trying to kick us out 10 minutes before closing . This has been the only Burlington location I've been to that I experienced with very rude employees. Only 2 employees were kind.

Literally super rude door staff. Didn't feel welcomed last 2x I came in and the chick wouldn't even let us in when they closed in 30 mins. First time a lady wouldn't let us in till we told her what we were looking for. Like whaaat??but this lady kept us waiting there behind the rope and stared for like ever then let is in after saying super rude "we close in 25 mins." Then we got in and she was like, going up to people saying we close in 24 mins we close in 23 mins.. we even heard OTHER PEOPLE complaining about her rudeness! super unappealing ! Customers know when yall close and it was decently crowded just have faith in us !!!!!!!!! Lol we all work in customer service or most of us know when to get out but have faith in us we're not all that bad !! Have patience and faith in people no one wants to go shopping in a place they don't feel welcomed in. Needs friendlier door staff!!! Everything else is great! :) read more
