Dirtiest Burlington I ever been to all the cashiers are rude. They give attitude for no reason it just looks disgusting when you walk in there's constantly fights there. No one knows how to respect each other. Oh my God, especially the girls bathroom only one stall close the other two that are in the bathroom. They don't even close it smells bad in the there. People don't know how to flush. I see people walk out and not wash their hands like you're disgusting when I use the bathroom and coming out to wash my hands I see YOUR EMPLOYEE in the bathroom, vaping and it's just disgusting to see as a mother that's disgusting. I do not recommend shopping at this Burlington never y'all have a whole cleaning crew, but what are you cleaning nothing as a stay home Mother my husband works full time. I clean my house better than y'all like come on step up your game you're paying your teenager cashiers $15.13 an hour and your employees what less or more come on like guys even my like teenage daughter who used to work at Burlington and Secaucus she wasn't like this. She had respect for everyone like but I do not recommend taking your children or your whole family at this Burlington. Im very disappointed, I been coming here for 4 years it's really disappointing to look at. read more

Make sure you keep track of the items you buy. At the register they always forget one bag ( it happened to me twice) and usually they pack the things on the floor and it's hard to see if they left anything behind if you buy a lot of items. Keep track because then you would have to go back if you are missing things. I don't know if it is because the staff is always talking to each other and get distracted or they don't give it to you intentionally. Whatever it is, just have an eye open. I continue going because it's the closest to where I live. The best time to go is morning during the week. read more

Everything with my visit was perfectly fine except after I've already paid for $200 worth of items with a cart full of stuff I'm outside and the lady is chasing me from the store telling me I can't bring the cart out of the store. I'm sorry but why is this even a thing my visit was perfectly fine customer service was great and I was even considering going back to this location again next week but after being chased by employee being told I can't bring my merchandise outside in the cart I have to bring it by hand what?!? read more

I have shopped here for the last three years and this store never disappoints. Yes, at times the lines are very long but with the new check out system it seems to be getting better. The variety of clothing, the cleanliness, the organization is always on point. Their Christmas displays are always a wow factor. Keep up the good work making this North Bergen store one of my favorites. read more

Garbage store with a garbage employee. I received a baby swing for my baby shower. I wasn't given a gift receipt for it, however it was ordered online and there was a label on it proving it. The women who worked in the baby depot refused to take it and give me a store credit. I worked in retail for over 6 years and never seen such terrible customer service. This place is really bad. They treat people like garbage. I asked to talk to a manager and the personnel told me there is no manager. I called and they also hanged up twice. I have never experienced such a bad treatment and the way associate speak to people is quite unacceptable. I used to love Burlington and spend a lot there but never again. Burlington management, you should provide training to people particularly treating customers who are willing to spend money with respect and nice. I have never been to a Burlington Coat Factory store where items were all over the floor in every department very very messy shoes, clothes, pillows, luggage everything all over the floor you had to pick up your basket to get past items on the floor went in went over the whole store and just left didn't buy anything line very long couple of cashiers I'll never go back to that store. This store was in Englewood, NJ. When l got back to Cali l thanked them and now every store on keeping it in order. read more

They have mostly horrendous things but you if you look I guess you can find a few things. The customer service was horrible. My mom received a a gift card for Burlington and wanted to know how much was in the card they told her oh no we can't tell you only when your going to pay which is wired but okay my mom went to go look for something and she grabbed 2 items and then my mom said she was paying with a gift card and goes Ugh ! I look at her like go work somewhere else then if you hate it so much and then she started calling a co worker over and start discussing who is taking over her cashier and my mom and I are just standing there like two idiots waiting for like 5-10 min to wait for her to scan the gift card. I just simply hated the experience I will most likely not be returning !!!! read more

This is a great Burlington location. There's always a wide variety of clothes to find, from suits to casual to sportswear to swimwear, and I usually find what I'm looking for at a decent price. They also have a wide selection of accessories and bags for women. It's not as crowded as a lot of the other locations, leaving a decent amount of merchandise for you to find (even during sale seasons!). They do have less clearance racks then I've seen in other locations, but It's wide and spacious and clean. The prices *are* a little bit more expensive than other Burlingtons I've been to, I like the shopping experience here a lot more. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lines are always unbelievably long and they are always short staffed. Stood in line for 40 min, finally asked an associate to call a manager to help the two kids at the registers and was told by a "Blanca Dutch" that the manager will never assist that the register because that's not there job. I've been there several times at different times. Definitely not worth going again. They never have enough cashiers and the lines are always very long. The staff is rude and slow as anything. This place is great for winter clothing shopping! This Burlington actually has a very wide selection of womens coats and jackets of all lengths and levels of coverage ranging from a light jacket to faux fur and heavy winter coats with good coverage. And the prices are really reasonable. I bought a long faux suede and fur winter coat with attached hood which has been my inseparable companion ever since and I only paid $80 for it and quite frankly it is the only winter coat I'll ever need for a good while. It keeps me so warm in the winter and people compliment me on it all the time. It was well worth the investment. Ive had the coat for about a year now and it is just waiting for me to wear it again this coming winter if it gets too cold (which chances are it will) but Im ready for the winter with this coat. And there were so many other beautiful coats and jackets there to choose from. I took a closer look at the womens section in my case but I also took a brief look at the mens section and I also saw some heavy leather jackets and wool coats I believe, so it seems that the mens section is also pretty strong in the winter coat dept too. All in all, it is worth a look especially if youre looking to stay warm this winter and save some money. Worth a visit ! Also, besides the ample variety, the store seemed very, very organized and clean and large too. Everything was in its place and the lines weren't at all excessively large. Check it out! read more

First of all, cashier was excellent. She was very helpful and kind. Couldn't ask more. The MANAGER was really big problem there. The manager on duty was highly unprofessional and kept pushing paying customers out of the store. Locked the doors up to 30 minutes prior to store closing and kept customers from coming in. Luckily someone was walking out of the building so we are able to get in. The store was closing but all the customers were standing in line by the close time but didn't open up more registers to get the line down faster. We were making over a $1000 purchase that night and due to the amount of products, the transaction took a bit of time but the associate ringing did an excellent job at handling it as fast as possible and couldn't have been more helpful or nice. My credit card declined due to the amount so I had to reopen my account and that's when the manager rudely told us that it's time to close when we were in the middle of finishing the transaction at the registers. I've never had someone so rude when we were in the process of paying for the merchandise, I would some what get it if I was still shopping past the closing time but this wasn't the case. She was not nice at all and at the time, I just finished paying and walked out because I didn't want to deal with her. This was the worst shopping experience for me especially since I spent a lot in here. She should not belong there. read more

would you have an average 40-50 mins for checking out? the location gets worse and worse in checking out time. any day, I am talking about week days too. there is always a long line in store. the store has done nothing to help customers in shortening the waiting time. it has been a scene for the last 3 months at least. anyone is paying attention to the issue or it is not the problem of the business. I had to leave my merchandise I picked because I could not afford the long waiting ---the interesting thing to watch is staff one by one passing by the empty registers without taking the ownership to alleviate the situation. i have to find somewhere else to shop---- read more
