This is a good Walmart as far as Walmarts go. I know the issues with Walmart as a corp. But the prices for staples are low and this store is very convenient. Yes it gets busy at peak time but off peak it is easy to shop and even at peak it's not terrible. I don't buy veggies or meat here. The veggies are expensive and not very fresh. The meat is poor quality. But the baked goods, cold cuts, pantry items, dairy, household and other things can't be beat. read more

If you ever want to go into a Walmart where the vest says happy to help but every employee basic all is the rudest person alive even management, this is the place to go. They have no problems making you feel you are a low life piece of crap when exiting, or if you just need batteries, and do not ask your cashier, they will get really upset about the situation and explain you should have gotten help before getting in the line even though they have the key and a member of management sent you to get the batteries. Hello, I am writing to report a very disappointing experience my partner and I had in the cosmetics section during a recent visit. The service worker named Maria was dismissive and unresponsive when we approached her for assistance. She looked directly at us but did not acknowledge or help us until another employee prompted her to do so because it was her aisle. This made us feel ignored and unwelcome. Then she only acknowledged my male partner when it was clearly a female item. Additionally, after we had already been handed items, she took them back and brought them to the register to a male cashier that apologized on her behalf because he could see we were very upset at how we were treated. While I understand this may be store protocol, the way it was handled felt abrupt, personal, racist and unnecessary, especially given the earlier interaction. Due to this experience, we chose to leave without completing our shopping. It was frustrating and disappointing, and it impacted our perception of your store. I bought a roomba vacuum cleaner online though Walmart Supercenter with my store based in North Bergen, NJ. Roomba vacuum was delivered today and it is used , with the bin full of garbage and missing parts and not packaged like a new item. In return page it states it came from I robot store but in address label it states it comes from Aim to Find Warehouse. Walmart is misrepresenting their sellers. I would not have bought vacuum if I knew it was not coming from the I robot store. Walmart is making it difficult to return it and I have to bring it in person to their store And most likely will be questioned on bringing a used item. Will never buy anything there ever again. It Is deceitful to state item is from I robot store when it is coming from a warehouse of returned or used items. Yes, another average Walmart. Stock, layout, prices, and bad employees are here just as in most other locations. I can't add anything new to this one as it was the same as it was in every other Walmart in the area I tried. This location shares the land with several other businesses, so there are options in the immediate area. The parking lot was very busy, so use caution. I parked along the less busier section of the lot along the side of Walmart, so if you want to avoid the parking lot madness and just want Walmart, there ya go. Again, an average Walmart and nothing more. I suppose if I was in the area again and needed to come here, it could be worse. read more

Terrible experience today returning a defective product that broke after a week. Took it back for an even exchange, but first CS rep tried to simply quickly refund cash and said I could not get the same item unless I paid the difference between clearance sale price I bought it at and today's price, about $30 difference. It took almost an hour, and extended "chat" with another "manager" to get them to agree to replace the defective item with the exact new replacement. Even then, the manager smirked at me as he charged a higher price--about 10% more--than the original one I paid. Explained he was doing me a favor he wasn't supposed to be doing, and why was I arguing about $3 more for an even $46? I have been to this Walmart several times and usually find things to be pretty organized. Especially the bakery section. Recently, I tried to buy something and it would not scan. The cashier was perplexed. So was I. She literally said "I can not sell this to you". It turns out, it was passed the sell by date. I am not sure if the system knew or not, but I was alarmed and impressed at the same time. I am not sure if it was a random fluke or their check out system knew the item was past the date, but now I look at all the dates when I go there. You probably should too. Also, there are never any menthol cough drops that aren't sugar free. If you find yourself in that situation, don't buy the sugar free ones unless you have to because sugar will kill you. Otherwise, don't do it. Pro tip: Sauces and dressings from many popular fast food chains are sold under the Great Value brand. If you like that sort of stuff, the sauce aisle is a gold mine. read more

I replaced that card and then my dumb ass went back to that store only to have my info stolen again. But this time the charges were declined because I locked my card. This is generally not a place I want to be in. It's super crowded and massive. I placed a passport photo order online and came to pickup at the photo center. Where is the photo center? There are no signs but it's on the back right side of the electronics cashier. I had to find a human and ask twice. Look for the TVs in the back of the store. Email instructions said they were open from 8-8, 7 days a week, but when I got there no one was there. Thank god someone showed up to the cash register a few minutes later, and managed to find my order. The downer? Passport photos have to be 2 inches by 2 inches. The photos were 1 15/16". So, short 1/16th of an inch. I'm taking my business to Walgreens next. read more

I love superstores but especially Walmart. They have the best prices and a wide selection of products across categories, including food, home, beauty, electronics, etc. I like that this location is open until 11 pm because whenever I have a last minute grocery run, I can come here. Usually I do grocery delivery since I'm a Walmart plus member. The times that I've been in person, it's been a positive experience. The staff is helpful and the checkout process isn't too bad (except some Sundays can be pretty busy). The store is generally in good order and non disheveled like some stores if this size tend to me. It's easy to locate what I need. Definitely one of my top places to shop for food and essentials. read more

I go to Walmarts all the time. I expect the crowds, the noise level, the messiness, etc. This walmart, however, has horrendous customer service. The only reason I've been coming here is because they almost always have curbside pick up slots available same day but that's probably because no one wants to come here. I picked up an order for a friend the other day. I didn't have the ability to check in for the order. I got out of my car to ask an associate for help to check in and he sent me inside. I was not expecting having to go in. They list a phone number on the pick up signs and don't ever answer. I called one too many times and never had luck. I called in February and they still had their Thanksgiving hours as their greeting - that shows how they non-attentive they are to their phones. As I approached customer service there were 2 other people waiting for assistance. There were 3 associates behind the counter. One asked the other if he was on the clock and he wasn't. The associate who was sounded annoyed that he had to go search for someone to help with the online orders. The guy off the clock was just hanging out which honestly just looks bad. Employees on break should not be hanging out behind registers or customer service. Especially not when they get annoyed that people ask questions or expect help (I've witnessed this before at other locations). Another associate arrived to help at customer service and the attitude was just... wow. It wasn't even directed toward me but I just couldn't believe it. I went yesterday to pick up and order for myself. I checked in and waited. I tried calling the number again to see if I'd have a different experience but no. It took about 25 minutes to get my order. I've never waited that long for a curbside pick up order. The other cars around were also waiting for a while. 10 hours ago NEW I purchased an Order for an Arctic Air pocket fan and after receiving it, it's not working correctly, a blade is broken and it's making a loud noise. For the past 3 weeks I have been on the phone with Walmart 2 reps stated I would receive a FedEx return label. I have never received it. Again this morning I call and am told my only option is to return it to the store, with wouldn't be a problem if I lived in a city with a Walmart . I'm a member and order on line from the very often each month. I also explain that I am disabled and on a walker. I am very upset that I am told my only way to get a credit or refund is by bring it to the store. I even asked for an address where I can ship it to I was told there's no address. This is not good customer service at all. The most incompetent employees work here, one being in customer service and his name is Louis, I've never met someone so angry and miserable in my life before. The next one is Daniel the manager, he has a very short fuse and he will only do something if you call corporate right then and there. Even if you're completely right in the situation he will stand there and disagree to the Infinity exponent, and have his puppets stand there and agree with him wholeheartedly to brown nose up the chain. But the worst one of them all, supposedly the store manager, her name was Robyn and she made for sure to specify that it was Robyn with a Y instead of an I. Just last year I had purchased a battery for my Jeep with a 3-year warranty on it. I went to bring back the battery and supposedly Daniel says we can't exchange out the battery because our machine says it's good and in good standing, meanwhile I took it to AutoZone and my personal mechanic who said the battery health was 2% and not in any way able to be charged or hold a charge rather. So rather than exchanging out the battery he made me stand there for an hour and a half while that machine that they have charged my insufficient battery for just over an hour and a half and would not do an even exchange, and even after I called corporate, you know after Daniel got his boots shaking because I was on the phone with corporate, he told me to hang up and he would do it so by the time that happened he just approved it with one person and left and at that time that person also just Shrugged it off and then went on break so I was left with a whole new string of people who knew nothing of it so then they wouldn't do it but then eventually that's when Robyn came into the picture and said she would do it but I would have to pay the difference of about $45 or 48, whatever the case was but it should have just been an even exchange and not any monetary payment. That situation was a few months ago but I went to Walmart this past week and I went over there with the intention of getting this bug zapper that was listed on there at 29.98, meanwhile I passed Target and home depot, and Lowe's to get to Walmart, also Harbor Freight was across the parking lot but with the nearly 30$ mark, I was driven all the way back to Walmart and showed them the live page, not a screenshot or a picture, but a live feed that we refreshed right at the register of customer service and they basically told me that I did something where they're not going to honor it and because their price guns are saying $44 and change, so long story short they may be pay the $44 and change came out to about $48. They said we don't price match our app anymore since December, I really can't stand the employees that are running that place, especially the higher ups read more

It's been a while since I've gone to the store. This review is about my experience with Walmart. I'm not rating how they treat their employees. I'm rating my service and experience as a customer. I'm also not rating where they get their products. I remember when I checked a label on the Kathy Lee Gifford Clothing. I was pretty upset. That was years ago. I buy necessities now. I'm happy with the selection of brands I have to choose from. I like that you're given an option when you order on line to pick up or have merchandise delivered. I like that I don't have to open an account but I do have one on line. I especially enjoy free Two day shipping when you spend $35. If you're willing to wait for your package a few more days they'll knock off even more from your order total!! I recently tracked my order delivery on line. I receive emails. I enjoy the ease of knowing when my package will arrive. Naturally it showed up on time. The contents were wrapped up for safe transport. All the items were delivered in one box and to a safe location. There you have it! I enjoy convenient shopping. Use Walmart or don't. I'm highly recommending. I'm saving time and money! read more

We had to go in to get a suitcase because ours broke. Let me tell you how scary this place was. The place was a complete disaster, boxes everywhere, shelves empty, pallets in the middle of isles. There were way too many people in the place with absolutely no social distancing enforced. Many customers won't wearing their masks correctly or at all. This was all on a Sunday at 8:30pm. If you have to go to Walmart, go late or super early when the place isn't packed with people -- or go to a small mom and pop for your food and shop local. read more

Holy shit this is the biggest Walmart I have ever been in and I've been in a few in my days. The produce section was horrible, but do people really buy produce here? Tons and tons of frozen foods available. There was also an aisle filled with ethnic foods. I've never seen Mexican Little Debbie type treats in a Walmart before. I definitely stocked up on some Lean Cuisines (can't beat $2.50 a pop)! I bypassed the clothes and shoes as well as the automotive, lighting, furniture, garden, sport, toy and electronic department. Even skipping those departments, between three people, we managed to spend over $500 on hair products, toiletries and paper towels. A very cheap microwave was acquired. This city girl loves her bi-annual trip to Walmart! Yay for 3.5% sales tax too! I agree with the reviewers below. The parking lot is a bitch to get out of. If you're a super special driver like me, you find a secret exit and only have to wait about five minutes to exit the lot. read more

Due to COVID-19 the lines were extremely long . As a first responder I was able to go to the front of the line and get in which was very appreciated. When I went in a lot of the frozen goods were sold out but they had a lot of canned foods and fresh items still available. The prices were cheap and the check out line didn't take too long considering everything that's going on . I would definitely come back . Customer service horrible. Standing in fabric section for 20 minutes asked 4 workers for help no one can help. Finally cut my own fabric and then took it to the front. 2 managers in front Jesus and Luis A. can't help all confused. Finally I had to tell them how to do their job. take the fabric get the sku I'm not waiting in the area again because no one is coming. The workers actually said no one knows how to do fabric so no one will come. SMH. If you are going to sell something Walmart train your employees.
