I loved this store up until today's visit. Vivian has a disgusting attitude and is very…read moreunprofessional. I don't think I have ever had a Tjmaxx associate with ZERO customer service skills. I was having a great day today, ran in during my lunch break to pick up a few items and do some returns. Marlene who was next to Vivian's register was useless. She saw me next in line after her customer already left, but she didn't call me up next. She engaged in a conversation with Vivian, then turned away, to check something out behind her (completely ignoring the line!!!!!!!) The line was building up, Shawna even asked for assistance over the loudspeaker for other registers to open up. This unprofessional, careless behavior was apparent to the customers who were in line waiting to get called!! Finally Vivian's customer got done, and she proceeded to call me up after another conversation with Marlene. As I approached Vivian, I said "hi how are you?" to which I didn't get a response. I then explained to her I have 2 returns and a purchase. 1 of my items wasn't on the receipt so Vivian threw it back towards me on the counter, saying "I can't do this one, it's not on this receipt" I told her this is the only receipt I was given, it was all 1 purchase. Turns out the associate that was helping me last week when I was purchasing these items, never scanned it! But that is my fault somehow????? Shouldn't she be thankful I brought the item back, instead of just keeping it?? What is wrong with her?! After my returns were finally completed (because Shawna came over and helped fix the issue) because she needed help from everyone. Seems like she is incompetent to even do her job. Vivian then scanned my water bottle and another item that I purchased, she again threw it into my bag. Who throws things?? Was she never thought how to handle customers?? She is an adult who should know the basics of customer service. I had to check to make sure my bottle didn't have dents from the impact of how she threw it. This behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional. I am disgusted.

I may never come back again because of the most rude person I've ever come encounter with. Everyone that works there is normally so kind, but Sheetal couldn't have been meaner. I started off by saying "Hi how are you" and she was immediately rude, and told me that my receipts and emailed receipts wouldn't work because she was annoyed at how busy they were. I had just waited over 45 mins in line and I was in a better mood than she was! Sheetal will kill your business if she stays because I was a happy person going in and now I may never go back.

Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, and TJ Maxx are establishments that provide value for your…read morepurchases. When retail business declines, these companies continue to flourish for a reason, they have an operation, where regardless of city, state, or socioeconomic difference, you can always expect to find quality items at discounted, and/or affordable pieces. Because of the aforementioned, I initially opt to not take a car through the store, knowing that when I do, I'll definitively purchase many more items than intended. Reason- there's always a treasure chest of great finds, and items you forgot you need, want to get, or the price is so reasonable, how could you not purchase the item you're drawn to. The Marshalls and HomeGoods store is divided into one space for the former and the latter. The store is maintained extremely well. The store is clean, add organized, which is often difficult because customers believe they have a sense of entitlement wherever they shop, and whatever they decide they don't want is not placed back where it was found, nor the way it was found (on a hanger, hanging from a display, in the correct aisle, shelf, department, etc.). The store is well lit and spacious. In Marshalls you can find clothes from toddlers to adults of any gender, jewelry, accessories, outerwear, workout essentials, confines, perfumes, shoes, luggage, hair care products and appliances, facial and skincare products, toys, collectibles, sports fan gear, and much more. In HomeGoods, there have seasonal and non-seasonable items well organized and displayed. There's aisles with each of the following, lamps, rugs, furniture, furniture accessories, framed artwork and photos, mirrors, pet supplies, clothes, and accessories, bedding, linens, pillows of all types, sheet sets, comforters, and duvet covers of all sizes, bath products, bath furniture, storage, and accessories. There's bath towels of all sizes, colors, and patterns, washcloths, hand towels, stationary, cleaning products for home and car, cards, gift wrap, bows, ribbons, gift bags, bag accessories, bedroom accessories, chairs, cookware, appliances, states, glassware, accent pieces, laundry items, storage containers, picture frames, cutting boards, tableware, stairwells, oven mitts, serving trays, kitchen utensils, step stools and ladders, teapots, coffee cups, barware, holiday items, books, desks, desk organizers, book ends, vases, accessories for children's and teens rooms, decorative decor from around the world from ceramic to glass to wood, food items, sauces, oils, sweeteners, spices, paperweights, dried fruit, decorative baskets, electronic and mobile phone accessories, beverages, gift cards, holiday outdoor display items, and the list goes on. If you walk out empty handed, it's an anomaly, and near impossible to do. The staff is friendly, helpful, and moves lines along at an expedited pace. Wonderful stores. Phenomenal brand stores that are constantly a pleasure to shop at!

The Marshall's of Moorestown by far had the biggest Men's clearance section of any other Marshall's location I've been to. I have trouble finding jeans that fit me and that I like. I found 3 pretty nice pairs of jeans that fit me great on clearance, the most expensive pair being $13. The other Marshalls I've been to recently have also had super weird/strict fitting room rules. They'd count your clothing prior to entering and after leaving the fitting room. They'd take from you whatever you weren't going to purchase. This Marshalls didn't feel the need to count the articles of clothing I was entering/leaving with and allowed me to place my unwanted items back on the clothing racks myself.
