My Husband bought a 7 piece comforter set from there a week before Christmas. We decided to open it up yesterday and i my the damn blanket and one pillow case was inside of the carrying bag. I've visited this Burlington 3 times within the last two weeks and each time the store was clean, had bright lighting and the employees were helpful and friendly. The store was well stocked and I found the suitcases that I needed as well as lots of other things that I didn't need. read more

On a Sunday this store was a ghost town yet my transactions took forever, the cashiers were having personal conversations...... being absent minded and had very nasty attitudes. The worst Burlington Coat Factory I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! The women who work here are rude and lazy. I just left my coats on the counter and left after the woman refused to price check my items for me. Instead she began showing me the tags on the items I brought up to her... as if I couldn't read. I was simply asking because I had found them on the Clearance rack, but they were not marked clearance. She then told me if it didn't have a tag then I would be making her walk and find another same brand coat. I left at this point absolutely shocked at her ignorance. I like this store a lot mostly because of its low prices and fashion ...I always find something I like that fits me and BC finally wised up and have the single funnel line to speed up check out...the strip mall is deserted so daylight is probably preferred and cashiers could still use some expedient lessons but at least it doesn't take an hour just to check out before. read more

This store wouldn't accept a men's Nike hoodie because it looked worn. I bought it a week ago from the Tinley Park location. This item was on clearance already for $17.99. I bought it to give as a gift so instead of taking off the whole tag i just tore off the price. Other than that it was still attached to the item. Well according to the manager Terry she says i have to go back to Tinley Park to return it because they can't find a record of me buying it by debit card but she found it by phone number. After finding the item by phone number she called the manager over Terry to double check with her about doing the return, then after finding my item on the computer the manager Terry said I can't accept this hoodie look his terrible it looks, I wouldn't sell this at my store...it looks worn. I said it's your product its what you guys sell and had out I however bought it at the Tinley Park store, I then said it's still the company's merchandise I should receive a return or at least an option to get an exchange. Then she told me that I have to go back to the Tinley Park location and have them check the tapes to prove that I bought the sweatshirt! What kind of nonsense is that! I bought it there's no security tags and had the tag attached! Only thing that wasn't on it was the price because I ripped it off because it was a birthday present! Still have an item number on the tag and the name Burlington!!!!! This manager is terrible and I hope she gets fired because she lost a customer and money. Customer service depends on the people working on that given day. I happened to have a very pleasant shopping and check out experience this past weekend.
