This location in particular, is always nice because it's usually not packed. I like the soft atmosphere since I'm used to more chaotic shopping experiences. I never had an issue with finding anything I was looking for, but the few times that I needed help I was greeted with smiles. They have changed the outline like any other space, but I never had an issue with re-adjusting. I had a very great experience with the Sephora one night when I wanted to get my makeup done for a special occasion. I needed to track a package and I wasn't doing well with it on my own, and when I called back with the tracking department on the phone this afternoon, they worked together to help things come together. Only reason why I am giving two stars as opposed to one, is because you can find a nice employee…read moresometimes...and the convenience of the location. Been coming to this location over the past few years simply because it is the closest to me. I very rarely shop here, I only pick up online orders. (Which is free shipping if shipped to store) some days are better then others depending on who is working. If I am picking up an order and there is a wait in line, I will browse. Some people will say hi, some will just ignore you. Over the last few years, one lady has stayed and the rest have always been new faces. Unfortunately, that woman who has stayed is the most impolite and rudest employee there. Today I came in to use my real woman's coupon. I was greeted and even chit chatted with a woman working there. I had a pleasant fifteen minutes. Then, that same one woman came to the desk . Since my experience was okay so far, I figured she would be okay. I had to ask her a question and she didn't even acknowledge that I was being polite and apologetic for interrupting her conversation, she just stared at me with a look like I am bothering her. I asked her if she could look up an item online (which I have had done before in other locations) she snaps 'only if you're ready to check out' then goes back to chit chatting and cracking jokes with another employee (who was actually nice by the way and even check on me to see if I was finding things alright). I decide after about ten minutes to go ahead and check out. The same woman waited on me--disgruntled, and angrily searched the website for what I wanted. She threw my clothes in a bag, and never cracked a smile. I am a firm believer of killing someone with kindness, but she is just a rude and unprofessional human being. I wish I knew her name so I can report her to Lane Bryant head quarters. Not sure if she is a manager (I've seen her plenty time of the years). But today was the final straw. Another customer came in while I was in the middle of a transaction and the employee seemed to have some sort of a better attitude because they came in, but I do not think its polite to yell across the store, while checking out a customer, about how you are going on a vacation and that yes, you are behaving. If friend/customer has to ask if your behaving...you know you're a jerk. Other then that, they have a limited selection at this store it seems. The organization has gotten a little better. But the dressing room floor is dirty and smells like old chips. I will not be surprised if this location closes soon. That whole strip mall is going down. It seems like the GM is not trying to make this location shine at all.
