On 8/26/2021 around 11:30, I went into Burlington to find a car mount for my phone. I entered, the security guard, a young man, asked if I would wear a mask, after a brief cordial, laughable conversation, I put the mask on. I headed to the area next to the registers where the mobile phone accessories are. There was a rack with clothes on it in front of the accessories, I moved it. Once I moved it, I saw a few open boxes with the car mounts I was looking for. I begin going through the boxes, when a young African American lady came over and abruptly said, "you can't go through the boxes," I looked at her and said "ok." Yet I said it with a slow down with the attitude look. Right after I said ok, she said ok kind of loud. I looked at her and said "alright", then she rudely said " just don't go through the boxes, ALRIGHT". Right then, I sternly said, "enough, don't talk to me like the, what's wrong with you!" Right then her (I am victim role kicked in.) She started yelling in the store "get out, get out, he called me a bitch, he called me a bitch." With all the non accountability society allow women as a collective whole to get away with, I knew then to start recording. I told her "I'm about to start recording you." Already hitting record, I raised my arm up to get her on recording. And that's when she literally assaulted me by smacking my hand and unsuccessfully trying to knock my phone down. And she did it as she was either calling 911, or as she was on the phone with 911. At this time we both are in a verbal exchange, all the while she's calling me bitch after bitch after bitch. Then the overly dramatic manager came and said "hell naw im the supervisor, let me witness this," as she witnessed the employee striking me. Then said "wait right here, I got something for him". She proceeded in the office behind the register, at this time I'm still recording yet I'm walking out because I took that as a total threat to harm me, being she said that right after her employee struck me. As I started walking back down the isle to leave, security walked up and asked what's going on. I said "don't worry, I'm not about to get irate and strike or harm this lady, I'm leaving." If you could of seem their dramatic display, you'd understand why I stated that. First off, I think the guard had no idea what was happening so this really isn't about him. I'm not even sure if he saw the young lady strike me. I just hope he DOES NOT allow those ladies to manipulate him into lying, taking him down a rabbit whole, doing something he'll legally regret, lying to an officer or perjury or what have you. Now everyone's following me, yelling, screaming talking about getting my plate number. As I was leaving, the hostile employee was following me but the manager stopped her from further walking out the last four. I walked out the door to the parking lot. Right as I exited the door, another young lady starting following me, stating, "if you post that recording, I'm suing you." I had no idea what she was talking about, so I started recording her, telling her to stop following me, yet, I wasn't cordial at all to her. She said "I'm following you to get your plates" Why in the world is she following me? When I'm a big black threat. (I say a threat for what's to come). She followed me, all the way to my car. That's when I noticed another black man in the lot and asked if he would witness this women following me, incase what's to come happens. At this time so much is going through my head about the customer service, the drama and chaos these women are manufacturing. I drove by the front, heading towards hwy 61, as I drove passed Burlington, the young lady who followed me came out of nowhere screaming, I made an immediate left, moving from her direction, only to hear another psychotic rant. "You stay away from my daughter" after further information, it turned out to be the young lady mom. WOW! I called cooperate and inform them. By this time I'm distraught and hyper. After speaking with cooperate, I decided to call the police station, I should say call again. I called the first time and decided to let it go and call cooperate. I was informed an officer will give me a call. The officer called, and after asking me questions, he informed me I would receive a disorderly conduct charge ticket in the mail and gave me details of why. I couldn't believe it nor let it go, so I asked what about this young lady assaulting me? read more
