I always get told my clothing has stains and I know they don't because I check them all before I bring them in. And then I also find clothing on the racks that has stains so it just doesn't add up. But the downfall is that, I've always noticed how the workers there never seem to enjoy working there. They're never welcoming, never smile, and never give the slightest bit of great customer service. Not even a "did you find everything okay today?" . There's this specific girl who works there, she's really small and tiny and had curly hair today, I swear I've never seen her happy or being nice to customers. Today I went in to sell some clothes and buy some, I came back after 3 hours to grab whatever clothes they did not want from my batch, went up and said that I was notified that my items have been completed etc etc, this girl gave me a blank dirty look as if I wasn't making any sense... making me seem dumb in some way. So whatever, she grabbed my bag of clothes and rudely just dropped it on the floor at the end counter floor. Idk, I never really know if they would hand it to me or just throw it on the ground how she did. IT WAS JUST RUDE. She didn't even tell me to meet her at the end of the counter to grab it at least. Just left me by the register wondering what am I suppose to do right now? So I went and grabbed it and proceeded to the register she was at. She looked angry, irritated, and just non-friendly. But also, before I went to her register, she was checking out customers before me and she must have forgotten to take off the security tag so when the customers were walking out, their security thing went off and she made an irritating sigh right in front of me. This happens quite often where they forget to remove whatever security tag they have on the clothes and 8/10 they always seem to be annoyed and make irritating sighs at the customers. Like it's not our fault that you guys don't remove them before we leave the store. But seriously, this girl.. it's like if you hate your job that much don't work there? Idk she really just rubbed me the wrong way today but she always has this attitude of hers every time I see her working there. She's just plain rude, shows no respect or kindness, and seems to have no customer service experience AT ALL. Treating others horribly won't get you really far. I hope she works on that attitude and behavior.

When this employee came out, he communicated nothing to the people in line, many of which had their windows down. A little after 6 a different employee comes out and says we closed at 6. We let her know the employee came out and said nothing. She told us that we should have heard it on the sound system outside. Also nothing communicated over sound system. It was very disappointing to have been waiting and be the next in line and then told we can't donate. The employee who came out before close could have communicated verbally or with body language that they are not taking vehicles anymore instead left us all there hanging.

He was set on tungsten but wanted something unique with it. We already had a jeweler so we tried to see if they could do some sort of similar meteorite/tungsten ring. After our jeweler led us on, and didn't tell us until 4 weeks before our wedding that they wouldn't be able to do it, we decided to order online, which was a little scary. We ordered both the blue sizing kit, then also the custom sizers (definitely do this if you're getting tungsten bc it can't be resized & having the exact thickness is extremely helpful). It's only a few dollars and absolutely worth it to make sure your ring is exactly the size you want. The blue sizing kit shipped next day, and so did the custom sizers once we requested the sizes. Once we input his sizing we finalized our order. It's so convenient that you can text with them to ask questions! They were SOOO helpful. And best of all, they were able to get us his ring in time for our wedding! I think it was within probably 3 weeks, which is so impressive. When we finally received the ring, NONE of the customizations were done, and they just sent us the ring as it was originally presented on the website. Then they would not offer a refund, despite the fact that it was too late to get it fixed before the wedding. We thankfully had a stand-in ring but I'm extremely disappointed because I made sure at every step that the customizations were received by the team and doable.
