I always get told my clothing has stains and I know they don't because I check them all before I bring them in. And then I also find clothing on the racks that has stains so it just doesn't add up. It was very disappointing to have been waiting and be the next in line and then told we can't donate. The employee who came out before close could have communicated verbally or with body language that they are not taking vehicles anymore instead left us all there hanging.

When we finally received the ring, NONE of the customizations were done, and they just sent us the ring as it was originally presented on the website. I don't think it's unfair if a company cannot deliver on quality that a refund could be permitted but apparently the jewelry they make is essentially high priced costume jewelry.
