I enjoy visiting this store, they have the best merchandise you find a little bit of everything. Love it I find so many nice brands of clothing, I get excited about. It is my go-to for beautiful tumblers, snacks that are hard to find, home essentials and decorations so many products and inventory to choose from no matter what location you visit. At this Burlinton store, specifically at 4100 Oakwood Blvd Oakwood Plaza in Hollywood, the staff treat customers like garbage, are grumpy, and mistreat customers. I was almost assaulted by a sales assistant in the shoe department when I tried to communicate, and when I went to pay I asked for larger packaging and they told me that if I didn't agree with not having the packaging, I should return the merchandise. I find these attitudes extremely disrespectful to customers and I will never return to this place. read more

Hallandale location . This is the most frustrating store to shop at. Yes they have great marchandise, But I préfère to go to a store even that I paid more for what I am buying, yes a store that respect their customer by giving them goos service. That store and other Burlington coat factory stores, seam to have the same problem. 2 or 3 cashiers working , ans a mile long of customers at check out. Don't they realize that patient of customers wear out, an drop what they had intention of buying and walk out. They are losing money, not hiring more cashers , they think they are saving money by having 2 cashiers only, but they should do the addition , and maybe they will get smarter . More cashers = equal= more money at the end of the week. read more

The lines are incredible but they are having a 50% percent off the merchandise. The sale that is fantastic. The sale is for almost everything at the store. The shoes, socks, clothing, underwear. Home turf. I did buy a cologne and the discount was 25% off not 50% but I was happy with my purchase. I like this store. The lines are as always slow. Few cashiers open. The cashiers are not the friendliest. No greetings no thank you. A little cold. You are pretty safely spaced from them and the person next to you. There is a safe feeling that way. I did noticed some customers not wearing masks and no one saying anything. It was like it was being ignored. As a customer. It made me feel uncomfortable that management did not step in. The line outside gets pretty bad but the savings are worth it. The line is in the hot sun so come prepared. I have seen it wrap around the building. read more

The shopping is great but the cashing out is horrible. they're were only 2 cashiers with a very very long line. That's not a problem if they're both working. the young lady with the Afro braids and glasses was horrible. she's lazy and non-chalant. her customer service is at bad as her appearance.. I'm not bashing her but it was horrible. in line for almost an hr while she's pushing a carriage back and forth and straightening hangers. she was playing with hangers between every customer she took.. she took one customer to the 4 the young man beside her took. he looked frustrated that she was busy not being a cashier. I'm sorry I never do this but this young lady should not be in the front cashing ppl out.. first time at this location and as long as she's working there it will be the last. maybe talk to her because everyone needs their job but whew.. read more

FTR?! Burlington Store formerly(and forever imho) Burlington Coat Factory is a great place to find winter wear! At a time when I lived between Florida and New York, this place was a sure staple in my places to go to be well dressed and warm! Most recently, with the addition of 3 little humans, Burlington is a great solace to shop for kids specialty items_ like other discount stores you won't know exactly what they have until you go, but if you are looking for a great gift or just to treat your baby to something new and different there will definitely be something for you here. They also have luggage and house wear items that are eclectic like other stores as well... Items that you won't find anywhere else. So it is worth a trip. read more

Second time this is happened- went to the store, picked up my items and waited in line for 45 minutes only to get halfway through the line and leave out of frustration. There was only one person at the cash register and a bunch of people waiting. If you have an hour to wait in line or so then this is a great store for you. But I just don't have the patience can't wait that long for just a couple of items. It won't be returning read more

I came here last night to get my boyfriend's Christmas gifts. Wonderful selection, great prices. Didn't realize until the next day that the security thing was still on it. I thought I could cut it off but couldn't because it was wires, my attempt damaged the item a bit too and I had already pulled off and threw away the price sticker. I still had my receipt though. Sollisha helped me, didn't make me wait in line, and let me pick a new one (same wallet, had a different price.) She still did an even exchange and got me in and out in 5 min. So professional and patient. I will definitely come back except now I'll pay more attention to if the security things are removed lol read more
