I was so impressed by this store! The selections of fabric is amazing. Too many choices, I wanted to get it all. This place doesn't sell apparel fabric, it is mostly for upholstery and window treatments. Very glad I came, I love the fact that you can cut your own samples of anything you like. They were running a sale 40% off everything which made decisions even harder. Not a lot of help on the floor, just a few people so if they are busy with a client, the wait can be a bit long, but the complimentary snacks and drinks makes it a little easy. I will be back and recommend if you are in the market for home decor fabrics! read more

Absolutely great store with a beautifully large array of fabrics. It could get overwhelming if you don't have an idea of what you are looking for. Upholstery is fantastic as well. Big question is how much fabric do I really need? Be mindful to bring measurements so you don't overbuy. I thought I needed 2 yards, salesperson told me 3. Two yards would have been plenty and much easier to work with. Now I have a little more than a yard of fabric sitting in my closet. read more

Beautiful selection no doubt , unfortunately this is my second time I have been and leave in awwww with service . Marty was a smart mouth I immediately knew he wasn't apt to help he routes me to see the lady for pricing who when I approached as told , rolled her eyes at her colleague I didn't notice , however my mother did .She then walked me back to Marty for pricing who again didn't want to be bothered to begin with . It seemed they simply didn't want to wait on or be of help to me. This totally discouraged me in making the investment. Poor behavior towards customers. read more

This is the Home Depot of Fabric.....forget Wayfair, these guys can reupholster out the yingyang. Fabrics your home is jealous of. You know that standout item to pop color in a room ...they got it. You know those matching curtains to pillows you always wanted to have....they got it. You know that fabric and fashion palettes you think are only for the rich...they got em. It's coming up to Halloween and I have the ghost of an idea in the back of my mind for a Halloween costume for our annual costume competition at work (prizes for best costume and best dressed workspace). All week my cube neighbor and I have been brainstorming and decorating. All I needed was a bit of material to add a bit of color to my costume and it needed to match my wig. So I hit up all the local Walmarts looking for a piece of cheap tulle...any colour really. The one in NMB didn't have anything and the Walmart on Hallandale Beach Blvd. have discontinued their fabric dept. So I'm standing outside on a Wednesday before Halloween wondering where the heck can I go and then it comes to me. When my mom was alive she was big into home decor and was awesome at it and last time she had come to visit us she asked us to stop off at Boca Bargoons to have a look at the fabrics. So Boca Bargoons happened to be on my way back to the office from Walmart and I pulled in hoping that with a store that large they would have a TON of Tulle. Um, nope. None that I could see and when I asked the saleslady something got lost in translation between Ireland and South America but it seems they don't have that fabric in stock. It seems they cater to the higher end in materials which is A-OK because what they have in stock is fabulous. But for that cheap fix they are sadly lacking. So I browsed the huge selection of fabulous materials they have there to see if something would substitute and the sales lady went off to find something herself. And just at the same time, we converged...me at the remnants bin after digging through and coming up with what I thought would work with some fabric dye I had and her coming with a roll of the exact same material!! I thought she had abandoned me but we laughed and she said "i thought you could dye this". So she rang my cheap swag of material up and I went on my merry way. While browsing I came across the exact same material my mom had used on her last big project when she upholstered the living room suite herself. I stopped dead in my tracks. Aw mom. I know. I came in looking for a piece of fabric to DIY a redo of an outdated window box valance. My mom and I were overwhelmed by the huge selection of fabrics available. The store is well organized by color and theme. They had a lot of great fabrics to choose from and the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us a pair of scissors to clip sample swatches and there to answer any questions. They even had all kinds of snacks there to eat - score! We found a great fabric and successfully updated my window treatment with quite a bit to spare. My mom is going to make me some throw pillows! If you need fabrics, custom window treatments or pillows a stop by Bargoons is a sure bet. read more

This places is absolutely amazing! The quality of the fabrics here are unmatched. The staff is always super nice and there is a fuzzy little dog walking around the store at any given time. My first visit here, I was looking for fabric to make a dress with, well this particular store specializes in interior decor fabrics. That did not stop the sales rep from helping me locate another store where I could find what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I bought a couple yards of a really cool fabric I don't need. Weeks later, that really cool fabric became a really cool chair. And just like that a love for upholstery was born. Stumbling into this store was one of the happiest accidents of my life. The staff is amazing, the quality of the fabrics are unmatched.
