So I emailed them, and they asked me one question per day. After four business days, I called them again to see if they had any other questions so I could answer everything right away. They told me that the person who was handling my case was not available at the time. After that, I didn't hear anything back from them--no phone call, no email, nothing. It's been a week already! His quote was by far the most reasonable of every one of the 4 companies we contacted, and while others were giving us an 8-12 week window, Moe was able to come out weeks earlier. On top of that, he is incredibly personable and charming -- just an absolute pleasure to work with. We needed a window replaced, and not only did he give us the best price, he completed the entire job in about three hours. He made the existing frame look like new and, when he was finished, even vacuumed the entire floor to make sure there wasn't a speck of dust or debris left behind. Great price, fantastic workmanship, incredibly responsive, and genuinely wonderful service. We couldn't have had a better experience and will absolutely call him again. Can't recommend Moe enough -- he is, for sure, the Glass Expert!

Excellent experience from start to finish…read more Derek and Aaron fabricated and installed a 96" × 39" × ¼" tempered glass top to protect and showcase my collection of German beer coasters that I brought home from my Army service in Germany more than fifty years ago. What was once simply a bar top has now become a protected display of memories from a very special chapter of my life. The glass is so clear it almost disappears, allowing the collection to be enjoyed while preserving it for years to come. From the prompt response and excellent communication to the precision of the installation, every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations.
