I didn't find anything that I really needed but did see some cute Kate Spade metallic handbags. Definitely would recommend this location for the handbags and duffle bags as well as their selection of accessories.

The quality is also great, they sell brands that I trust. This location can sometimes feel cluttered when transitioning to the holiday season, but overall, it's pretty good. It's nice to get discounts on good quality stuff. I got cashmere for instance for an awesome price at this location! Charging stations for EV cars located in their parking lot. Plenty of parking in general.

Then there were the things that we definitely didn't need but bought anyway. There were a couple of cashiers at registers though none of their lights were on - you just have to look I guess. The self checkout line was a lot longer than any of the register line and you can't buy alcohol at these registers. I even had an OMG moment at this Target - they had a clean bathroom! I don't think I've ever seen a clean restroom at any Target that I've been in (and I've been in Targets all across the country, even in Hawaii). Next time I'm in the area, this will no doubt be my Target of choice.

Mauricio went above and beyond to move around the floor different stools until we decided on one model. He spent a good 15 minutes and loaded the 3 we chose onto a flat bed, assisted us at the cash register, and loaded into our car. His attitude was exceptionally professional and friendly. Will not hesitate to purchase other large items knowing that we will receive this kind of customer service. We were expecting to have to do all of the carting and loading ourselves. Kudos to TJ's for hiring such an exceptional employee. He changed our mindset on what can be expected of the store employees.

Some stores are definitely better than others...I found an Armani black label…read morejacket in a Manhattan store for $99 on the clearance rack once...but if you're willing to hunt a bit, there can be some real bargains in designer clothing, such as $400 dresses for $80 or less. It's a good spot for workout clothes. They have good brands, such as Under Armour and Calvin Klein, for about half of retail. Sometimes you can find Hudson, Paige, or AG jeans for $40-$50. Sweater selection is mostly acrylic, but sometimes they have cashmere or wool. The shoe selection is usually less than stellar, although once I found two pairs of Jack Rogers sandals for about $40 each, which was amazing. I do have very high standards for shoes, though. I only wear all leather, or at the very least, leather uppers. TJ Maxx seems to carry mostly PU shoes. Lots of sneakers, PU boots, and just plain ugly shoes. I do have huge feet, so I like shoes that don't make my feet look like as if I should be towed behind a speedboat. TJ Maxx is GREAT for shampoo, conditioner, and hair tools. I buy Joico, Rusk, and other shampoos etc at about half of what they would cost at Ulta or a salon. They have Chi tools at a discount, sometimes. They also carry a lot of bath and skincare items. The cosmetic selection can be hit or miss. The Home section often has luxury sheets, blankets, towels, pillows, and home decor/kitchen ware at great prices, although they may not have the number of plates or glasses that you want, so you may have to hunt at other stores, too. The purse selection has been leaning very heavily towards PU the last few years, sadly. Very few real leather purses. Great for vegans! They also seem to have a much smaller stock. Generally a good selection of luggage, though. I've bought quite a few suitcases over the years. Once in a rare while they'll have Hartmann or Tumi. Not cheap, but much less than full retail. The men's clothing section isn't bad, although finding pants with a 34" inseam can be tough. It's good for shirts, jackets, socks, and underwear. They have more tee shirts than polo shirts these days, though. Service is friendly and helpful. I bought a pajama and robe set on my last visit, but alas the shorts were missing (and of course it was the only set in any size of that particular pattern), so a nice lady went and looked in the back for me, couldn't find the shorts, and gave me a discount. I do wish they would stop asking if I want to open a credit card every single visit, but I understand that they don't have a choice. They're probably just as tired of asking.

The lines are great if you go early but midday or weekends can be a wait. In the warehouse there is a wide assortment of products (snack stations are back!) and a large selection of wine & alcohol that is not offered at all Costco locations. There is clothing, a tire shop inside the warehouse and all kinds of kitchen and home appliances. They took away several self-check out stations. When lines get really long (and they can stretch back to beyond a few of the aisles) employees try to pre-check carts. The system was working so why change it. Or have the self-check for smaller orders to keep things moving. The food court has the famous hot dog and soda combo for $1.50. They added a calzone which I haven't tried and brought back the turkey and provolone hot sandwich. The managers I previously knew have moved. Overall still a great store.

I was looking for quirky bookends and a speaker dock. Oddly, there wasn't a single pair of bookends, quirky or otherwise. But I found a Bose speaker dock! Both the remote and the outlet plug were missing. But I am nothing if not persistent. I searched through two boxes of cords and plugs, and found the missing plug. Did not find the remote. It's not an infrequent occurrence that the plugs get separated from the appliance. Sometimes they are even priced, although this plug was not. Someone had deliberately removed it from the dock, which was all taped up, and thrown the cord into the box. Perhaps they intended to grab the speaker later, idk. Things are often cheaper on Saturdays. The employees here are very nice and helpful. The store is clean and organized. And the speaker dock works perfectly! A most successful thrifting stop.
