We had not planned to have any additional work done, but, upon inspection, their estimator (Ryan) recognized that our attic was improperly ventilated. We ended up having KGC add more ventilation when they replaced the roof. For the five years that we have lived in our home, we have had to endure uncomfortably high humidity levels in our bedroom. A few years back, we purchased a dehumidifier for the room and on bad days it would pull close to a gallon of moisture out of the air. I did not think there was a solution until Ryan explained that our attic had insufficient ventilation. I'm so thankful for his expertise. There has been a DRASTIC difference since getting the roof done. We can sleep comfortably and no longer have to use a dehumidifier. Not only did the added vents improve the health of our attic, it improved our quality of sleep.
