We were scheduled quickly and they showed up on time and ready to work a week later. This has to be the hardest working crew I have ever seen. They got more done on the first day than I had ever imagined possible. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up and ready for the next day! They were meticulous with their work and my walls looked like a new build when they were done. I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you to Nicholas, Francisco, and Sebastian for your hard work and a job done to perfection! Thanks Lino! We will definitely call you when we are ready to start our next project! A++++ company!

Insurance and the mitigation contractors treated us so poorly that it made matters worse. Luckily their bad treatment led me to search for someone else to help us with the drywall repairs and painting. What a blessing that I found Lino! Lino answered my inquiry right away and was at my place the next day to check in out and create an estimate. He followed up promptly with the estimate and setting a date. Everything happened on time, and within the estimated time to complete. He was so courteous and professional to work with. It was great to work directly with the owner for all communications vs the large contractor where you go through the chain of the front-office, then estimator, then contractors. The work was professional and turned out great. Also, we live in a high rise which has special considerations for all project work - making it more like a commercial job. Lino and team spend a lot of time at OHSU, so they are well versed in the particulars of commercial projects. Do not hesitate to hire Lino!

Kaleb with Tualatin Valley Painting and Construction was the first to responded to the project request within 7 minutes of me submitting it! He was able to schedule a meeting for the next day to meet on site and discuss the project scope. I needed a custom breakfast nook built in our condo to accommodate the needs of our growing family. I shopped around a LOT and got a wide range of estimates, ideas and time frames, none of which suited our budget or needs. (Not to mention, very few contractors had examples of their work to look over.) Fortunately, I stumbled upon TrimLogic and was impressed with the pictures posted and his reviews. Craig replied to my inquiry immediately and was able to provide a reasonable estimate (especially considering the level of his work). I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and he was able to work with my design and improve it! He added the little details that really made this piece shine like matching the moulding, add little extras, installing soft shut hinges and appropriate finishes. He convinced me to stain the bench top to match my cabinets and leave the base and wainscotting white. What a brilliant idea! The bench visually flows into my kitchen cabinets without overwhelming the area with all white or all wood. He thought of all the things that I didn't even know I should be concerned about. Craig was a very respectful of my family and home during the installation process. The majority of the bench build and painting/staining occurred offsite. This meant less mess, noise and smell in my house. Craig arrived on time (or would text me if running late) and he always cleaned up every day! He was conscious to protect our walls, hardwood floor and even the outdoor area where he worked. He even worked around my toddler's nap schedule and kept the noise to a minimum during that time. I don't need to sit here and describe the quality and beauty of his work. You can see & read this for yourself in the pictures and reviews on Yelp, Facebook and his website. I really appreciated his communication promptness; he always responded to me immediately. Also, he managed his time and budget extremely well. He gave us an installation date (and length of time) and did not run over nor did he underestimate his budget. Finally, he took pride in his work and his company and made sure the process and end product lived up to his standards. My only warning? Act fast ... he books up quickly!! Thank you Craig and TrimLogic for our beautiful breakfast nook. We can now all sit down together for dinners and connect as a family. You can't put a price on that!

A couple weeks turned into over a month because life happens and I recently sent him an email asking him if he was still interested or what happened or if he had anything for me from our meeting I don't know what happened but communication went to nothing and I feel like I was ghosted after our first meeting, which sucks because I was really excited with all the ideas that he had given me for a remodel of my kitchen that is not incredibly user-friendly at the moment.

It's rare these days to find a contractor that actually does a job that doesn't leave you feeling like you're just settling for the end result. He does it right the first time.
