The OG cheeseburger are good but they are a bit on the small side. I had a bogo coupon so I only paid $10 for 2 cheese burgers. The menu is pretty simple. There's OG burgers, specialty burgers and chicken sandwiches. You can make your burger into a combo for up charge. The service was a bit slow but we got our burgers and took it home. Overall Burger Priest still hit but I guess next time I will need a double burger to fill me up. There's outdoor patio dining and indoor dining. read more

It's been a while since I've been to The Burger's Priest, despite them being in walking distance from home. Their burgers are pretty good and I always have trouble deciding which one to have. Maybe I should try their chicken sandwich or a hot dog one day. I ended up with their Double OG Cheeseburger, featuring two beef patties topped with cheese, lettuce tomato, onions, pickles, and their signature sauce. I made it a combo with fries and a drink. Ordered Uber Eats from this location. Paid $70+ for 3 soggy burgers and only 1 order of cold, soggy fries. The other fries were missing as well as an order of gravy. No salt, no ketchup, no napkins, not even a straw for the shake. Called to let them know half our order was missing and they said, SORRY! My all time favourite burger chain has got to be Burger's Priest! When I found out they opened up in Pickering Town Centre I was absolutely stoked! My boyfriend and I went at 230pm for a late lunch and it was actually very busy considering it was past what you would expect a peak 12pm noon lunch time would be. Anyway, we ordered at the counter and the staff were very nice. The food actually took a longer than usual time - that or I was just so hungry and excited. They had a lot of delivery orders to fulfill as well. I ordered the priest burger because "the option" is my favourite thing to eat in the world. Been wanting to try this brand for a while as I used to know of a person that was operating this chain but sold it off...Maybe we're late in trying how good it used to be 6-8 years ago... Now being a chain of I don't know how many stores, the quality could vary... Here was what we ordered: 1x Holy Smokes Combo w/Upgraded to Stern Fries & Milkshake for $22.50 + a Double Bacon Cheeseburger on its own for $12. Basically rounds up to about $40 or so... The Holy Smoke consist of double meat patty with cheese, onions, pickles, a very limp looking lettuce, fried jalapenos and their secret sauce. - This burger is smashed so it taste quite similar to another brand in Durham called McCoy's burger. Its alright but not the best juiciest burger we've had... Double Bacon Cheeseburger- As its sounds, it tastes fine but again not the best for the price point and quality. I hate to say but I think Wendy's is comparable... The Stern Fries is basically sauteed onions with some honey mustard like sauce mix with fries...It was okay again for onion lovers, and the fries were fine but not overly great. The milkshake we got was suppose to be chocolate caramel, but it turns out it was vanilla butterscotch flavour for some reason... I think now we have an idea of where is the best juiciest burger we've had so far and its not in Durham...Its in Toronto! lol read more

Considered getting Five Guys for lunch but thought, I feel like Shake Shack and this place has a reputation for ripping off Shack and In-N-Out so why not try them, see how close they can match. I wanted a "Shack Stack" which at BP is "The Priest". The store had the radio so loud the order taker could barely understand me despite me almost yelling my order at him. He got the burger right but somehow missed hearing me order tomato, and somehow heard me say hold the sauce which I did not (or just flat out forgot to put it on). However, I did this is as a takeout order and made the cardinal error of not checking the burger before leaving, so when I get home and open it I notice it has 1 thin leaf of lettuce that barely covered the (thin AND tiny) patty, no tomato, no sauce, and the burger itself was TINY as was the mushroom cap. Such a lunchbag letdown. I could have finished it in four bites if I wanted. And I wasn't full after eating this. The patty was not much bigger than a McDonald's patty. And they charge $12+tax for this joke of a burger? Five Guys charges $10 for a MUCH BIGGER BURGER, loaded with all the veggies you want, that fills you up. I think I get more food in a Big Mac at McDonald's than in "The Priest". I intended to return to try their In-N-Out copies but not anymore. They lost me in one visit. If I want Shake Shack or In-N-Out again I'll just wait until I'm in the USA and get the real deal and not waste my time and money on this lame ass copycat. Burger meat is pretty good. The bun is absolutely terrible. Not toasted and tastes like a cheap grocery store buns. The bun ruined everything. The fries are really good. Hot and crispy. Service was very good but the guy behind the counter was singing to the radio and was just being annoying. Ruining the atmosphere. I don't remember the location downtown being this bad. this is my second time having burger's priest after a few years and I was really excited to try some new items on the menu. Today I decided to go with a chicken burger and stern fries. The chicken burger was good. it was crispy and the flavors were great but nothing super unique. I was excited to try the stern fries, but I found that the grilled onions were a bit much. they were full rings of onions grilled on top of a secret sauce on the fries and the whole thing was a bit overwhelming to eat. I think it would have been easier if the grilled onions were chopped a little smaller, but otherwise the flavour was great. The portion sizes were so good and such a great value The fries were cooked well and were tasty. I placed my order online about 30 minutes before I picked it up and the whole process was great. Their online portal was very smooth and I had no problems going through it. I would definitely recommend it. The staff were also really great. kind and helpful our food was ready exactly on time. overall, it was a good experience. read more

After walking in the mall, we decided to give this place a try because we were very disappointed with the food court choices. The place is small, but big enough to sit comfortably. The walls are completely white, with two of them being made of brick and the tables match the walls as well. In contrast to the primarily white surroundings, the chairs and booths are made of polished light brown wood. There is also a soda cooler near the front, right next to the ordering counter. Daughter had California Classic, which is a cheeseburger with a ring of sautéed onions, secret sauce, lettuce and tomato on a buttered bun. She thought it was very tasty. The bread was not what she expected but it was very good. Hubs had the cheeseburger with tomato and onions and thought it was ok. Lastly, I had the chili cheese dog and I found that the hot dog was SO salty! I decided to look up the nutrition facts on the website and there was over 1000 mg! Wish I knew that before ordering it! Stopped in about 30 min before closing. Staff was friendly and accommodating, as always. Food was delicious, fresh, and filling, again, as always. This place rocks. I still think The Priest is the best, after trying the Holy Smoke this time. Hubby said he loved The Vatican from last time but still liked The Priest, which he got this time.
