Awesome mom and pop shop. Father Daughter and Son actually

An excellent family run restaurant with such great personalities. We had the chance to meet dad, son and daughter and they were all so nice. The food is so good. All of it! Milkshake was nice, the Parm fries are a must and the burgers or course were burgerlicious. The father explained where they get their beef and how meticulous they are about selection. They specialize in charbroiled burgers. They first cook them on the flat top and then hit it on the grill. The fat renders out and the delicious char flavor enters in. He mention the chicken will be the fluffiest and crispiest chicken I'll ever eat and he was damn right! All burgers and fries were perfectly seasoned and balanced. After the meal I didn't feel sluggish. See you next time Kong!

I visited this location today after a recommendation. I was absolutely blown away by the variety of burgers on the menu. The beef is ground in house daily. I spoke with owner and he definitely takes pride in providing quality products using locally sourced ingredients. They even try to be as Eco conscious as possible; All take out and dining items were biodegradable / recyclable. I had a lamb burger which was juicy and flavorful. The tzatziki was so good. The gorilla up noth burger was the perfect combination of toppings. Of course I had to try their poutine. The chicken Bacon ranch was loaded with toppings. The cheese was plentiful and the gravy flavorful. I'll definitely be returning to try of their other specialty burgers. The quality was just outstanding

This place was amazing. The owner and or the chef was very receptive to how we wanted the burger…read more It was our first time there and he guided us on what was regularly ordered. The burger, a kamikaze burger had a lot of toppings on it, but I decided to take out the lettuce and tomatoes. it had a sweeter pickle, but I kind of prefer the older style dill pickle. The burger was the size of my hand and wear an extra large glove so that gives you a reference of how big this burger was. This burger was cooked perfectly and super tender, and the sautéed onions were delicious. The fries were amazing and fresh and it had a light coat of Cajun seasoning or house seasoning with a monster topping cheese. We will definitely be back and we are from Maryland, USA. The decor was simple and you can see him making your food in front of you.

The burger was massive and very generous with the toppings. They wisely provide plastic gloves for you so that as you wrangle the burger with both hands, you can keep them relatively clean. The honey and onion blended together to provide an overall pickle flavor. It was unexpected, but not an issue, as I do like pickles. Perfect place to satisfy a burger craving.

JABS is one of (if not) the best burgers in Toronto. I mean top of the list, certified S tier…read more The beef is genuinely juicy and well seasoned. The flavour stays with you through the whole burger rather than fading out after the first couple of bites. And please, do not skip the JABS fries. They're basically what In-N-Out wishes their animal fries tasted like. Get them even if you're full, you'll make room for them. Lots of burger spots in Toronto get hyped and then let you down. This isn't one of them. Follow @foodpharaoh on Instagram and @foodpharaoh_ on TikTok for more Toronto eats.

This may be toted as just another burger place spot but it is far from your average joint…read more I had lunch here recently and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The service was friendly and patient as I was greeted upon entry and took my time perusing the menu. The restaurant was very clean and organized, not a lot of stuff on the walls and the bathrooms were in top shape which I appreciated. I ordered the classic double burger, with a side a fries and a cane cola. The burger was delicious! Toppings were fresh and tasty, and it made a mess with the sauces and condiments which is a sign of a great burger. It wasn't overly huge, a good size for my hands and they did get messy as I devoured this scrumptious burger. The Cane Cola was a nice accompaniment to try for the first time but not necessary to enjoy the burger. The fries were golden and crispy and quite a large portion for the price. I just wished the fry lengths were a bit longer as I received a lot of tiny pieces instead of longer potatoes which meant I was scooping them up in my hand to eat them. Not a dealbreaker, just an annoyance. The wait for the food wasn't very long, about 5-8 minutes and they brought the order to the table. I really enjoyed the burger and fries making this NOT just another burger spot but MTTBS = Must try this burger spot!

Walked into Crack Burger after seeing the 1000+ 5-Star Google reviews posted on the sign outside…read more It's a small spot, maybe 12 seats and right away he questioned why I should trust Google reviews when he inquired how we heard about them. The owner definitely gave me a little New York attitude about that, and honestly, his personality ended up being half the experience. We ordered two Crack Burgers, poutine fries, regular fries, and a completely plain burger for my very picky husband. The owner originally thought the plain burger was for a child since he was outside and seemed low-key offended when he realized it was an adult ordering a burger and a bun :) Then I made the mistake of asking for ketchup before I'd even tasted mine. Absolutely not. He basically told me I needed to try the burger FIRST before I was allowed to start adding anything to it. And you know what? I respect it. His personality may be a little off-putting if you don't appreciate that kind of humor, but we thought he was hilarious. You can tell he's genuinely passionate about his food and wants you to taste it the way he intended before changing anything. He was super honest, a really nice guy, and made the whole experience memorable. And most importantly, the food backed him up. The Crack Burger was amazing and I'm not even a big burger person. Would absolutely return if we're ever in Toronto again. Just know before you walk in: you may be the paying customer, but apparently you're still trying that burger his way first. And for good reason and it's good!

He interacted with us like he knew us, same with other patrons. He's welcoming, friendly and a riot, very funny! First time here, I got you he said and proceeded to recommend which burger oh and DO NOT ask for mayo on your burger. He is adamant that mayo has no business on a burger lol! Onions.. oh they're marinated for 24 hours. He takes orders and delivers the food to ya. Graciously two other patrons left us sit at the other table next to them because the high bar was an option with my mom. He helped us get situated. Hands down best smash burger I've had... I had a double patty with cheese, bacon and those aged onions lol! The burger was flavorful and juicy! The fries, fresh cut hot and very good! It was a thoroughly enjoyable meal and experience!
