I just moved back to the area and it's hadn't had Burgermaster in over 15 years. Let me tell you? It's just as good as I remember! The burgermaster was great! I especially love the soft bun and let me recommend the jalapeños and grilled onions. The burger was slightly under seasoned for my liking but overall a good burger. The crab melt was a bit underwhelming and slightly one note but not terrible. Not sure I'd get it again but it's definitely something different for the non beef eaters. When I a yougin' I went to school with a girl who's last name was Burgermaster. Wonder if there is any affiliation? If so she lucky, because this is a darn good burger. Reminiscent of old timey burger spots where you order to a crew member who may or may not come out on skates to bus your order right to your car. Same case here sans the skates though (probably a worker comp accident waiting to happen). When your food comes it's on a car tray attachment just like in the Flintstones except it doesn't flip your car (that I know of) So let's get to the burger. The double bacon burgermaster was ordered up with fries and a shake. The burger was excellent. Usual fixins' lettuce, tomato but the 'sauce' which often seems non existent is good here. It has a tanginess to it. Doesn't hold together the best with the double, I give it a pass as it was very good otherwise. The fries were very good, lightly salted, no ketchup needed. Shake was great. Plenty of cookie crumbles and not too thick, though you can use a spoon. Kid size, is plenty big enough. So a Double, shake and small fries will run you about $20. Definitely a quality burger though. So somewhere in the middle as far as value but I for sure Will go again. read more

Really good burger. I first tried the Burgermaster, as you do, but found it too filling as I also want to enjoy their yummy shoestring fries. Their golden goodness one cannot pass up. The cup obviously fits in a car cup holder for your convenience. Lol I now order the Mini Burgermaster which suits me perfectly. My teens enjoy the Burgermelts. We still haven't worked our way through the menu yet, but plan on it as we enjoy the car door service which is quick. Food is consistent. Literally just decided to try this place randomly driving by one day. It's so cool the idea of just pulling in and they bring it to you. I enjoyed the whole experience and the food was great! I lived in Redmond from 2002-2017 and I would go to Burgermaster occasionally and it was "fine", a decent burger and fries, better than fast food chains. Until I discovered the Dungeness crab melt. Oh em gee. This sandwich gives me LIFE. It's my standard order, but unfortunately now I live 1500 miles away so I only get to order it when I visit once a year or so. Just had it again this weekend. It is absolutely worth the $15 and is filling and delightful. Fries were thin and crispy, Coke was fizzy and cold. The perfect meal and my first stop from the airport. This is my go to spot if I'm hungry for a burger. Usually I cook my own burgers but sometimes you just need to satisfy some cravings and this spot is where I recommend. It is a drive-in so you pull your car up and then they take your order and usually we just eat in the car. The quality here is significantly better than what you will find at any other fast food spot and the price here is better than what you will find at a sitdown restaurant for a burger and fries. I generally go for a Baconmaster with some onion rings as I love onion rings and not everywhere has them. The shakes are also good and as the weather heats up you can't go wrong with a strawberry or oreo shake. When you get fries or onion rings you get a dipping sauce and I recommend choosing the tartar sauce. This is of course not the fanciest spot but if you are in the mood for some quality fast burgers then I would look no further than Burgermaster as you won't regret it. read more

First, we had our lights turned on and no one came to serve us (one of us went to the toilet and confirmed we did in fact have them on). After a good 15 minutes and servers serving all other cars except us, we used the QR code to place a takeout order. After more time passes, a server finally comes over to check in on us, explaining there was a change in servers and that we used the doordash QR code, which is slower for service ( it's the QR code at the top of the menu, with no instruction not to use this one. No idea why they'd put a code they didn't want people using in the first place). Ambiance: Unique experience of cars lining up and being served. I visited your Bellevue location last night and will never again go back to that business again. We sat in the car for 10 almost minutes with no one coming to help or at least acknowledging us. So...I got out the car and went up to the window like it suggested on the menu board. Apparently that upset your server, because they complained to my partner that I was "impatient like everyone else". When I went in to order, I handed your staff at the register cash and there was an extra $10 bill was stuck between my $5 and $20 ($35 total). I apologized, and grabbed a $5 from my wallet to change out of the $10, which he took out of my hand without handing me anything back and then said "now that's $40. -Wow-". He was not being funny - he was being an asshole. And then He got my order wrong anyways because he barely listened to me. The food took almost 20 minutes to be ready (2 burger and 1 regular fry). The only person who was polite and tried to help me was a server dressed as Garfield. He was very nice. And gave me the soda I asked for that never made it on my order. Still the best tartar sauce I've ever had. I don't care for their ranch (it's just ken's) but the tartar is immaculate. I keep saying almost in every review how we moved from south California so I am trying new things and new places. We have IN N OUT in Cali and that's my get to go when I am in the mood for good burger. Being celiac makes it harder for me to try everything. So I asked my Dr about what is good burger here and he said something close to IN N OUT will be two options but one of them you can't have. So burgermaster was one of the two options. It's so good and so yummy. I do advice to eat it right there on the spot as for some reason the gluten free bun become very saggy . They have a side fryer for the gluten free and I haven't had any issues eating there. You just have to let them know you have celiac and they will take care of it. All the servers are super nice and sweet. I don't think I have any issues with anyone of them. They have a smile on their faces and honestly go above and beyond with their service. Burger is solid and what you want in a burger. Cooked right with a slice of cheese, tomato and lettuce. Fries are the perfect compliment and the drink (raspberry lemonade) completes the meal.
