Grand Opening Alert - Lancaster, Texas! I recently visited Burgerlicious and I have to say... what a cute concept with some seriously good food! The vibe is fun, the menu is straightforward, and the promise of "burger heaven" is not exaggerated. I ordered the OG Burger (classic with lettuce, tomato, raw onion, and cheese; swapped mayo for mustard & ketchup) and paired it with Spicy Ranch Fries. Both were hot, fresh, and delicious & definitely hit the spot. They also have a fun lemonade bar, so I tried their Twin Lemonade (mango/peach). It had potential...refreshing flavors but was a little over-sweet and lukewarm. I suspect it was sitting at the counter while they scrambled to bring more buns..but I think with more ice it would be a solid refresher. Now, the hiccup: my wait jumped from 15 minutes to an hour because they ran out of hamburger buns and had to temporarily stop taking orders. On a Tuesday at 3 PM! High demand is a great problem to have, but inventory planning is key, especially right after a grand opening. Despite that, the staff remained friendly, and my food made the wait worth it. I hate that my first experience wasn't flawless based on all the hype, but I'm definitely willing to give Burgerlicious another shot. Exactly what the name said- BURGERLICIOUS! It said what it said! Hot-fresh-juicy and yassssss! Two thumbs up- but only after consuming these large and in charge burgers. You'll need both hands and things to handle these hefty burgers. Don't forget to order the onion rings that send crunch waves into the next county! Try those fries! Try the fries! My goodness, we got some for the table to share and I think I stuck my fork into everyone fingers if they tried to come near those fries- so good! Everything was very burgerlicious! King G Fries: Great fries. Think in-n-out animal style, but better. I got the lit burger, which I thought was good and would be comparable to hopdoddy's el Diablo, but it wasn't. Despite not liking my pick as much, I do believe I could find something I like here. My only gripe with this place is that despite spending close to $50 for 2, you still have to pay .51cents for the tiniest cups of sauces. I was able to go in and instantly order with the nice cashier. The location is brightly lit inside and the Christian music is a nice touch. Let's you start thanking Him for what he's getting ready to do! The order took about 15- 20 minutes before I got my hands on it. I got the Mushroom Swiss Burger with Jalapeños and the Heaven Burger with grilled onions. I also got the garlic jalapeño fries. I asked for medium well on both, Cajun ranch and a peach lemonade. The MS with jalapeños was 10s across the board. Flavor was immaculate. Burger cooked just right and the fries were a perfect match. I'll probably order that every time I go! The Heaven burger didn't have the fireworks of the MS. The burger wasn't as well as I preferred. But overall I enjoyed my meal and will be back. If you get a chance stop by! First time visit. The staff was very professional. The dining area was very clean. Our order was not prepared properly. We ordered seasoned fries and received regular fries. I ordered my burger with no tomato and it came with tomato. The hamburger patty was cooked as ordered. The bun was fresh and buttery. The staff gave us seasoning to shake on our fries. Go there FAST! I was in the area and searched for black owned restaurants and found this gem. I got the Lit Burger and Loaded Lit Fries and a frozen lemonade. My total was about $25. Their prices are really good and the cashier was very helpful and helped me figure out what I wanted. Food took about 10 minutes it was hot and fresh. They have maybe 8 tables with a nice amount of seating inside so you don't have to take it to go you can enjoy it inside. I highly recommend this place give them a try! read more

Hands down the best burger I've had in recent memory. Let's start with the ease of parking and location, easy to find with plenty of space to park. When you walk in, the color on the walls is refreshing, light, clean (plus clean bathrooms). Plenty of space to sit. the menu is right on the counter, large print, easy to read. Both my friend and I selected the Harmoney Burger (1/3 lb with bacon, LTP, grilled onions, cheese with mayo on a brochette toasted bun) comes with a drink (I had sweet tea and a small fry). the service was quick. sometimes that worries me, but it wasn't crazy busy so I it didn't worry me. It smelled really good. I'm a "put salt on everything" type of eater, but I noticed they didn't skimp on the bacon so I only added pepper. the first bite was just as juicy as the last bite. All the way through I kept checking myself and my friend, could not believe how delicious every bit was. The fries, while a small order, was the latest thing I wanted, I didn't want to fill up on them, LOL, that's how good this burger was. OMG, I picked the veggies out of the paper tray because I wanted more, hahaha. They said 10-15 minutes for our Togo order and we show up at 8 minutes. Then 1 minute later it comes out, walk to the car and it's not hot, barely warm at best! Cold fries cooked in old dark oil spilled all over the container. Onion rings were crispy on the outside but weirdly mushy and cold on the inside. Why did they even ask if I wanted my burger well done or medium well? Both burgers were well done and very dry which I guess they tried to make up for with tons of condiments. I don't eat beef, but I love a good non-traditional (turkey, chicken, plant based) burger - and I love a burger place that provides those options! The place is small, cute and clean, I bet they get pretty packed during lunch/dinner rush. We went a little later in the evening so it was just us there for dinner. There was only one worker there and she took/made/brought our order out to us in a timely manner. I took a star off because there was a slight unpleasant odor which may have been coming from the pipes because the restaurant itself was clean. For starters we ordered fried pickles - they were perfectly breaded, seasoned and fried! I ordered the Delicious burger and subbed for a turkey patty with a side of seasoned fries - garlic jalapeno. Burgerlicious hits the spot every single time! I think i first found out about this location roughly a year ago and made sure to stop by when i was in the area. Also they are right next to a Jamba Juice/Auntie Anne's combo store but that's another story. Located right off busy Main Street in a small shopping center so keep your eyes peeled so you don't miss it. The owner and staff are always so kind. Everything is made fresh to order but still comes out quickly. Generous portions, love the drinks, i really enjoy all of the flavors and everything Vernetta and her team put out! First time stopping in and it won't be our last. Family and I tried a variety of burgers. All were delicious. The buns were soft and buttery. The burgers and fixings were done right. Not too much that half to fall out the back end when you took your first bite, but not too few to not enjoy the full flavor palette. Loaded fries are an awesome addition and large enough to share. Also... the restaurant has a lemonade bar. Very refreshing for a Texas summer day. So I got a chance to visit the newly open Lancaster location as I love to support new businesses. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the condition of the burger. I ordered an OG and a Lit burger with two order of fries. The OG burger patty was so burnt and so hard we couldn't chew it. Left cooking way too long. I wanted onion rings but we're told they didn't have them yet. Huh?! Friendly service but please do better with the food. That patty should NOT have been served. Let me start this off by saying maybe I should have tried the Grand Prairie location...so I visit the Lewisville storefront. I was super disappointed based on the reviews and my sisters recommendation. So I ordered the Harmoney burger and Hawaiian island lemonade. The burger patty was cooked perfectly but unseasoned....not a lick of anything and 2 measly pieces of bacon. Lots of onions though. The bun was good but not really gonna bring me back. I had read that the ambience was not good, but more specifically it's shabby and rundown. When I walked in, there was an overwhelming odor of fragrance - - cheap tropical/coconut smell. There is a fragrance atomizer on top of the beverage refrigerator just inside the door. This fragrance overwhelmed any smell of food. I had to wait outside because it made me cough. I had the delicious burger with cheddar, which I ordered medium to medium well and came out well done. The burger was OK, not much flavor. Unripe tomato. I had the seasoned fries with Greek seasoning. On the plus side, they were very hot. I was the only customer in there at 5:45 to 6 PM so they were made to order. They tasted like the grease needed to be changed unfortunately. The ketchup is red gold which is a missed opportunity in my book. Some Heinz or Simply Heinz would've gone along way. This was a good spot with good food. I don't have nothing bad to say about them. The front counter was ran by a young man named Dylan who did a good job and was helpful. The lemonade was sweet but not over sweet like some places can get. I chose the Purple haze which had grape. I ordered the Big Tex cheeseburger which was seasoned very nicely and I asked for it to be cooked medium which it was. Bun of the burger was a soft brioche bun that was toasted nicely, onion ring was crispy and the veggies were fresh. For the side I chose the LIT fries which I did not read had jalapeños and I don't handle heat well lol but if heat is your thing then these are definitely for you.
